The content of the course is very much relevant to the field of study. The course curriculum is strictly derived from the AICTE'S directions. The teaching method in the college is traditional using the board method. But from past some time, the smart boards have been provided in almost every department, but in some classrooms the smart boards are still missing. The exams are held after fixed time intervals. The dates for sessional exams are fixed by the heads of the department and their timing is 1.5 hours. The finals are held per b University rules and are of 3 hours duration.

placements are given and average placements are 3lpa. Most of the time only private companies come for the placements. If you want placements then its not easy. Average of 30 students out of 300 get placement every year.

Courses is fine but the teachers are not properly teach they are lack of knowledge and they not good experience of teaching and the campus should haveore space civil. The teaching facility is good but when it comes to odd semester the contractual teachers get replaced and half of the semester there is very less teaching staff
I choose civil engineering because I have an interest in designing buildings, and superstructures. The faculty-to-student ratio is good in getting Jammu and the faculty is well qualified but the problem is about the infrastructure which is not good in my good. We do not have any smart boards in our and the class is congested. If the whole class attends the college it will not be possible for all to get seated comfortably. And in summers it becomes worse. Exams are moderate and if you focus you will pass.
Because in Jammu and Kashmir there is a big scope of civil engineering and I have interest in it also There is about 1 teacher for 60 students They are doctors, professors, and assistant professors also. they completed Ph.D. from outer states The semester exams are held after every 6 months and they are not too much tough but little bit difficult
Only choice left after not getting admission in any IIT or NIT. I applied for JEE Mains and qualified but the score was not good. Then i appeared in JEE Advance and that did not Crack. So after appearing for State level examination i got selected. And after getting admission i regretted for mot appearing in JEE Mains again.
Common entrance test Jammu and kashmir . Yes i opted for this particular college as it is one of the best government college of our state
