I live in PG near my college it includes food, an air conditioner, laundry and wifi. The quality of food served is decent I get food 3 times (breakfast, lunch and dinner) one has to submit security money before renting PG and my PG is located near South Extension
There are no hostels in my college. The locality has many PGs and flats. The accommodation is expensive. I live in a PG and pay 11000 every month excluding the electricity bill. I live in a three-sharing room with facilities like a refrigerator, laundry, A.C. The locality around is student-friendly and safe. It has easy access to buses and the metro.
I have opted for flat. Where I get food from nearby tiffin system. I live the quality of food served though the charges in Delhi are high Rs.80/ meal but I managed to get a decent tiffin system at Rs.60/ meal. I am used to spend Rs.180/ day on meals. And Rs.20-40 a day.
No, our college doesn't provide hostel facilities. Also I'm a delhite so I wasn't in any need to choose one. A lot of students whereas choose PG's to live in South Extension and Laxmi Nagar. If you are an outsider choose Laxmi Nagar(its pocket friendly)and South Extension(if you need a good space and you are okay with paying more). Average rental at PG's in South Extension 15k-25k.
Yes, one of the key contributors to an intensive learning experience is living in campus. A well- furnished and aesthetically designed hostel with separate wings for boys and girls has been constructed with a view to provide best possible facilities to the students, Hostel is located in the same campus and is about 500 hundred meters from the institute building. Campus is under the surveillance of CCTV camera and provides safe environment for girl candidates.
The college doesn't has a hostel facility. Hence no rating is required. Their are many PGs located near the college. These PGs provide good accommodation facility to the students from far off places. The charges range between 6000 to 25000 depending upon the facilities provided by them.
There is no hostel in my College but nearby there are many many hostel and Pg to live.places like kotla defence colony are full with hostel and pg. Where you can find your best hostel and pg to live and which is very near from college like 5-10min distance from college.
I would rate hostel infrastructure and facilities 2/5 because it's been there just for formality as there's no common room for boys (there's a common room for girls but not well maintained) and it's very disappointing.
Hostel in Dyal Singh college is very good, There are proper two separate hostels for boys and girls, girls hostel hi located approximately 500meters away from the boy's hostel, No boy is allowed to enter or roam nearby girls hostel
No their is no college hostel but their are residental area in about 1-2 km of the college for students. They can search for pg or flat near by college and the area around college is great and it is very neat and clean.
