- Views of Himalayas that you get from the hostel and campus as well are beautiful and breathtaking.
- I like the location of the campus, beautiful mountain views from the campus.

- Weather condition is challneges to us beacuse sirmaur is situated in a aHimachal Pradesh that was too cold and in that situation you want to go a night and morning classes
- Too much cold in winter, yes I'm from Mumbai so it is difficult.

- It is good and faculties are very good and helpfull. They help in ur project how to do and push students to participant in case study.

- the transport system was very disappointed because there is no near any railway station and if want to take your train on time than you have to go Dehradun or Yamunanagr or Chandighar.
Placement Experience:
* For summer internship it strat from the 2nd term of ur MBA degree, that is 2 months and for final palcement it start from the 5th term. * There is almost 120 companies cames for palcement both SIP and Final placement, They took almost 426 out of 510 students got palce *In 2024 the highest package is 24 lakh and the avarage package is 11 lakh * there are almost 85% students got place * I will do job for 5-6 year and than i will start my own startup.

- Interaction with all faculty members as faculties are very supportive in nature.
- One and one mentorships and guidance from the students of the previous year.
Dislikes
- There is nothing to say negative as it is one of the best IIM
Placement Experience:
As students enter in 1st trimester are allowed for the summer internships program, which is also part of the curriculum. Every student got placed, so the placement percentage is 100%. Getting placed in my dream company and putting extra efforts for the success of the organization where i have been placed.

- the faculty that suffort you in a every monent and the industrial visits and business conclave give you the valuable insights of their life

- The suddeny change in nature sometimes feel a illlness. its will take a time to survied in tht conditions
- The main probelm with the IIM Sirmaur is that we dont have a permanent campus that was the problem because sometimes you have a some work in nights
Placement Experience:
The placement is Umeralla Placement for both the batches core and TM batches. The average placement of last year was 15 lakh for core and 12 lakh for the TM batch and there is including of both international and national placements. this year i saw many good companies come for a placement like ,ICICI, HDFC, Air India, Indigo, Deliote, KPMG and the last year highest package is 62 lakh (TOLARAM)

- Mess food lacks taste and quality that should be benchmarked
- There is rigidity in terms of certain actions of higher authorities
Course Curriculum Overview:
Curriculum is mostly case based with cases from Harvard , Ivey, Insead and other prominent business schools. Majority of faculties are PHDs from IITs and IIMs and are amazing in terms of level of knowledge they have and able to impart it to students while some of them are not that much good in terms of delivery and engagement in class. Curriculum of MBA Tourism has changed with all MBA core courses taught in first year and second year is dedicated to tourism subjects. There is occassional industrial visit for us to get real world exposure. Exams are in this way - Mid term and then End term with quizzes and presentation in between.

- Foos quality could have been better 100%
- Environmental factor - Very humid in the summer.
Placement Experience:
SIP from.the 1st term and for finals it happens from 4th term. Companies visited include Jio, De Shaw, etc. no of offers made exceeded 300+. Average is 15 lakhs and highest so far is 26 lakhs PA. Almost all the students are placed. Going into marketing field is my plan.

- in a starting there is a hectic schdelud there is a clubs and commitee selection process and some days we event dont get a chance to sleep m,ore then 4 hours
Placement Experience:
There is a Placement cell in a college that will ensure that every student gets a placement and gets their preferred roles. in this recent year around 70 companies visited for placement and more than 200 students got placed last year the highest international placement was 66 lakh and the national placement was 34 lakh. my plan is that in a second year I used my knowledge to gets better placements

Placement Experience:
The placement is improving every year in IIM Sirmaur. The core students can sit for both tourism and core companies and same is with tourism students, unless companies restricts the students. There is a 100% placement record in IIM Sirmaur.

- The winters are quite cold and keeping healthy is a tough task
- We are still in temporary campus so there's some logistical issues.
Placement Experience:
Students basically start getting opportunities from 1st trimester. We have companies like ICICI, Mahindra Logistics, EY, etc. The average package is above 11.5 lakhs and all the students get placed in reputable companies.

- Location of the college is very attractive as we can travel to different places in an easy way.
Dislikes
- Lack of faculty in our course makes it disappointing.
- Delay in results makes is it difficult to plan the next term.
Course Curriculum Overview:
I'm passionate about the tourism industry and want to make a change in the same. The faculty exclusively for the THM batch is very few compared to the total strength of the batch. However, there are faculty from the core MBA teaching us, making it very diverse and adequate. Every faculty at IIM Sirmaur has a Ph.D. in their domain, and their teaching methods are quite up to the standard and commonly accepted ones across the globe. Term exams were conducted without any change in the timeline provided, and the difficulty level of the exams depended upon multiple factors like previous history of the student, difficulty level of the student, etc.

- Campus life is quite enjoyable, with numerous events occurring each month to make students' lives exciting.
- The faculty here is both knowledgeable and helpful.
Dislikes
- Infrastructure of the institute is not good as not all facilities are available here.
Placement Experience:
Students receive a quality placement as this year's average package is around 12 lakhs and a number of organisations participated in the placement drive. This year's highest package is around 34 lakhs, and approximately 12-14 students received international offers as well. The placement season begins in approximately September, and students receive a quality placement. In addition, this programme offers a placement rate of one hundred per cent.
