Course Curriculum Overview :
The most influential aspects would be learning the management of any organization and day to day life. The curriculum provides real-time industry exposure through guest lectures, workshops, and collaboration with the industry to bridge the gap between the students and the reality of the market. Technology plays an important role in learning, so advancement of integrated technlogy into learnning such as stimulations and online courses provided by the institute. There should be feedback and assessment mechanisms also to increase the interaction between students and faculty. Communication can be the best meduim for the effective learning and colllaboration between students and faculty.
Internships Opportunities :
I got marketing and operations roles in my summer internship with a stipend of 80k per month. I am not supposed to disclose the names of the companies as it is a question of integrity. opportunities for the live project will be given by the institute.
Placement Experience :
As students enter in 1st trimester are allowed for the summer internships program, which is also part of the curriculum. Every student got placed, so the placement percentage is 100%. Getting placed in my dream company and putting extra efforts for the success of the organization where i have been placed.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Every IIM sets its own fees structure with the requirement of the courses, fees are generally increase with the time. The total cost of fees includes tuition fees, Hostel fees and others are library, technology depends upon students. Fee structure is provided on each and every IIM websites. Scholarships and financial aid are based on merit and needs of the students, I.D.F.C. first bank Scholarship. Responsibilities like research projects with faculty. One can visit the website of respective IIM and contact to the placement cell for the job oppurtunities.
Campus Life :
There is a fest called Siera, which is held every year in January followed by the management fest. The range of the books and journals in the library is about 45k to 50k. The classroom contains all the technical facilities needed to make the class integrated and interactive. Every year Sports fest is arranged for the students one of the most popular events is SPL Cricket league and lots of oppurtunities for each indoor and outdoor sports. Clubs and social portals helped the students to interact outside the campus, learning all the soft and managerial skills.
Hostel Facilities :
Hostels consists of well furnished room with basis necesisity to student. There is a bed, Table, and chair for study. The quality of the meal and menu is great and we have been served hygienic respected to the health of the students. IIM Provides a residential program, so you don't need to rent a room or pg.
Admission :
To get into any B schools, we have to apply for the CAT(Common Admission Test) and we have to clear it with a extraordinary percentile. every institute has different criteria for admission. To get an IIM we have to be in top percentilers. you have to have bachelor degree with minimum 60% with recognised universsity or collage in india. We can find the application forms, fees, and tentative dates on the official websites of CAT, iimcat.ac.in. Candidates with an EWS Certificate will get a 10% reservation. The timimg of the exam is 120 minututes, and talking about the difficulty level of the exam it will be moderate to hard. CAT allows multiple times to appear in the exam, and there is a weightage for every section. Curriculum contains beyond theoretical concepts rather than case studies, projects and stimulation. Guest lecture is also arranged for the students from the different types of industries experts for the exposure of the real time story of the open market. Integrated skills.
Interview Experience :
I have faced the interview directly. There are 3 rounds, i.e., Shortlisting, Written Ability Test(WAT)/ Group Discussion (GD), and Personal Interviews (PI). This will assesses your overall profile, communication skills, teamwork and analytical skills. I cannot mention the topics as they vary from year to year
