Scholarships Type 2
Financial support for PhD students
There are no fees for PhD students. In addition, they shall be given a stipend of INR 30,000 for 5 years to cover their living expenses.
The students shall get a deserving stipend only post analysis of their overall performance and progress during the course.
The students should maintain a 100% attendance and actively involve in course-work along with providing teaching and research assistance.
Start-Up Grants
Students who come with a start-up idea during their 1st year of study shall be provided INR 60,000 to meet expenses on purchasing hardware, software, etc.
Contingency Grant
Students shall be provided a contingency grant for 2-5 years, an annual amount of INR 25,000 to meet expenses on purchasing hardware, software, etc.
Post-Proposal Stipend Grant
A post proposal stipend grant in addition to INR 30,000 with an increment of Rs. 2,000 i.e. Rs 32,000 as stipend per month is provided to students.
House Rent Allowance- HRA Amount
An HRA amount is provided to those students who live off-campus, with a monthly amount of INR 5000.
National Conference Grants
National Conference grants of up to INR 20,000 per year are allowed to students from 1st year to 5th year. (As per actuals and guidelines applicable)
International Conference Grants
International conference grants worth INR 2,00,000 over 5 years are

The total fees for 2023-25 batch is 1600000. However the fees for 2024-26 has been increased to 1750000. There are additional charges for mess facility over and above this fees. The scholarships provided are by government and the details are mentioned on IIM Sirmuar website. The institute provides a need cum merit scholarship also

The fees tuition fee which the college is charging is about 17 lacs. Apart from that there is mess fees which is around 6k per month and is compulsory to pay since the program is a residential program. Also, several scholarships are offered time to time during the course.

The fee structure for the 2-year core MBA program is Rs 16L which is exclusive of mess fees. The scholarships is available for the students who have their family income below to a certain amount . The placement opportunity in college is really picking up , considering it's a new generation IIM.

Basically the fee structure is divided in 6 installment of ?275000 excluded mess fees which depends on the vendor but currently it's around ?18000 for one term( 3 months). And the tuition fees increase for every new batch that I got to know. Complete cost is around ?1575000 and we can easily get education loan from any bank.

The inflation rates were high in past years, with inflation around 10% per annum and 7-8% this year Aas well as expected to be at same range next year. The hike was logical, during the past two years, CPI inflation rate in INDIA was 9.7% in 2012 and 10% in 2013. * IIM Sirmaur offers a two year full rime residential MBA programme. IIM Sirmaur accept admission to the MBA programme through a valid score in CAT. Beside the MBA, IIM Sirmaur als offers a two year full time MBA in tourism. The Tuition fees is 225000 Rs. per term, one time admission charge is 60,000 Rs., Alumni members charges 3000 Rs. per year, Mediclaim 2000 Rs. per year, Hostel charge 30,000 Rs. per term exclude mess charge. * There is multischolarship is available for students General, SC, ST and OBC on national scholarship portal.

The fees for pgp is 160000 which includes tuition fees and hostel fees. Mess fees has to paid additionally. There are various government scholarships available which is subject to eligibility. Also, there are campus placements for summers as well as finals.

The fees for my batch is 16 lacs for two years, and mess fees is 24k per trimester, which brings it to 16 lacs + 24k X6, sum it up and you'll know whats the total fees, I am too lazy to do it right now. There are scholorships of upto 14 lacs for reserved categories as well

Total fees for academic year 2023-25 was 16 lakhs. You can avail Scholarships through portal such as Buddy4Study, many students from my batch has received scholarships from banks and other institutes. Govt of India and respective state govenrments are also providing scholarships to students of particular categories i.e. SC, ST, OBC, etc.
