VelTech University B.Tech Cyber Security: Fees 2025, Course Duration, Dates, Eligibility

The college offers adequate faculty support with a basic level of teaching, but there is a notable lack of practical, hands-on experience, especially in lab settings. While placement opportunities with companies like HCL Technologies exist, students often need to self-study to develop necessary skills, particularly in programming, due to gaps in the curriculum. Internship opportunities are limited and mainly involve menial tasks, as they are restricted to companies affiliated with the college.

Scholarships are available based on a combination of students' 12th-grade performance and a merit test, with students scoring above 65% in MPC subjects receiving scholarships between 3 to 4 lakhs INR per year. Those scoring above 80% can receive an additional 25% scholarship. The current fee for the Computer Science Engineering program is approximately 400,000 INR per year, a notable increase from the previous 145,000 INR. Scholarships are also offered to students who excel in university exams.
