The faculty is like a family and helps to solve the problems which are faced by the student so that they can give there best in the exam.
I like college faculty because excellent bond between students and teachers.

Dislikes

They were not flexible and sometimes it used to be very difficult to take some time off of work and then take the exam
It gets very difficult to go from one department to another.

Good curriculum, lecs are scheduled properly, faculty is nice.
They provide placements as well like they keep on advertising about the placements on students portal

Dislikes

Books are delivered late i mean exams were about to start in 10 days and still the books didnt reach to students.
The placements opportunities are on site which is hood but locations are not feasible for most students

Placement Experience:

Amity does provide placements opportunities. Students become eligible from 4th sem, the placements are from giant companies llike tata Mahindra and Mahindra. I have not really participated in any drive beacause of the work location. But the minimum package is 3lakh.

The professor are very thorough with all the explanation they are helpful , and guide us for the future upcoming challenges and we got to know about many career options from them, so its very helpful for us for the career planning, overall its good..
The environment in the college is quite good, the students are friendly, they help each other in everything, apart from the studies the extra curriculum activities are also very important all the students together comes up with all the ideas together

Dislikes

Sometimes the environment is too competitive for the students that it stresses them out a lot, all the exams, assignment pressure make them stressful, then the future career planning also stresses them with all the things together , its gives the str
The pressure that students face in this kind of environment we all know about it, its very unhealthy for them, but they have cope up, so they try to fo everything in their Power to tackle with the pressure that impact their mental health.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would like to rate all this around 3.5 i mean overall it is good But in order to when it comes to doubts clearing faculty lags sometimes but that is okay we understand a teacher can not solve each and every doubts

The infrastructure is really good even by the high standards of private universities. But that's talking about the class rooms and the cafeteria areas and not the washrooms, most of the washrooms are dirty and smelly except some.
There are a lot of clubs and you can form your own club as well, The social life is also good here, there's no ragging or anything but yeah there are bad type of peopl here, amity is infamous for bad influence but there are good ones too, mix of both

Dislikes

The one thing that students do find troublesome is that you need 75% attendance in all subjects to be able to give its exam. Otherwise you'll be debarred from the exam, there's no ifs no buts. It's very strict. So much so that it's just brutal.
Most of the times you don't even get attendance even if you were badly injured or too sick to attend classes, even if you give the proof like a medical you don't get attendance or holiday in most cases. Few faculties might get empathy and give attend

Placement Experience:

The number of placements are high but the avg packages grabbed by the students isn't so high, it does show that mostly the mass recruiters come to the clg like CTS, infosys or cognizant etc... though some good level companies also come like HCL, TCS, Wipro and TATA consultancy. I believe there were about 1000 recruiters that came last year and about 11,000 placements were offered and the highest LPA was around 61 lakh rs. The percentage of students getting placed were around 90%.

Campus is good and surrounding are well maintained
Faculty are overall good but not like government university faculties

Dislikes

It should more focus on practical knowledge then theories
Faculties needs to be improved and labs also.

Placement Experience:

From 7th sem students are made prepared to get placement. Many food and other companies do visit here to get placement for the students. Package is also decent as for freshers. My plan is to go with higher studies.

The overall experience of the college campus is good enough. All the classes are fully air conditioned but the campus is not so big enough to enjoy a full University experience

Amity mohali is good as compared to other Amity campuses
The university will definitely provide a platform but we will have to do it ourselves. The more knowledge you have, the better the placement

Dislikes

Their cafeteria and mess are the same, but it would be better if they are separated.

Course Curriculum Overview:

As you all know, after corona, the field of biotechnology has progressed a lot and one can get an opportunity to do good research, I like research, that is why I chose it as shown to you here It is like that. In Amity University there are mid term exams and there is also an end exam. In mid term there are 2 to 3 units and in end term along with the whole semester there are some value added courses as well like Foreign language, behavioral science, communication skills, all these may not come in the mid term but will come in the end term

Campus is great , the campus life is the best you’ll get many chances of exposure
College has very excellent teachers, the overall faculty is great

Dislikes

There is a lot of issue regarding attendance
The biometric identification system is also very unusual

Placement Experience:

When comes to campus placement. I don't think my college gives that much good amount as placement around 90% placement is guaranteed and the amount is very low, which is not which is not good. Compare to what fees we are paying in the college and I have, I don't Want any placement as I have offered for family business course. I am going to do that only after my degree complete after my degree completed.

The campus placements happens in the month of October to December where most of the companies comes to pick the candidates/students for there company and the placement committee also provide us outside India jobs .
