Over all campus experience is amazing till now. Cuz we have the best campus here in shillong surrounded by breathtaking nature beautiful skies great campus and what not. My campus has great club involvement we always hold alot of events includes all tye clubs and activities.

In Nift we have many cultural events here and our annual fest which we call it SPECTRUM is held in between around February to march We have different student clubs like ESSE Club, Sports club, environment club , cultural club and the photography club

I am absolutely enjoying my college life . We have events , compititions and various fun activities throughout the year . Faculties are good . I am having fun in learning new things, experiencing new challenges .

Few annual fest such as spectrum, celebration on important dates such as independence day where a folk dance was performend by local people in himachal that folk dance is call "Nati". The library is full of exclusive books and sources that are rarely found and a expensive . However the library follows and regulate a strict system of assigning books to students to avoid theft or loss of books and sources.

Campus Life is so good out there , classes are 6 hrs for one day but these 6 hours doesn't feel like 6 hrs.we get to take rest between the classes and the breaks in between. So it's not that stressful.A lot of wife range of books related to all the designs elements that one need to study about while in a design institute is available in the library. Heaters are available in the campus and camera everywhere. Talking about sports we have a complete range of sports varying from football , cricket , basketball , kabbadi etc

To be honest my hostel life was not very good. Still, I survive, as the room I got was in second floor which was the top most floor of the building and we ecen don't have any facilities for AC or cooler. Here the temperature is really very hot it was so hard to for us, now if we talk about other facilities we git one common room there we got ac and microwave, also steam iron and fridge. Still, it was nit sufficient for so many students and also atleast as a girl we got the hostel but for boys there's no hostel in college, so overall not al all good campus life.

Campus life here is very lively and enjoyable. The institute makes regular efforts to celebrate every coming festival no matter how big or small, creating a highly inclusive space for students of all cultures. Regular events are also held throughout the week that help keep the morale up

Every year thier is a fest held named spectrum which involves a lot of activities for 3 days and also a sport event names converge which is happens between all the 19 campus of nift all of india come to one campus and compete agains each other in vairious games , we get access to a lot of applications and taken out for events such as bharat tex textile exibitions held by ministry of textile and they are very knowledgeable for the students

There are many events that take place in NIFT like, Converge, it is a 3 days event which is held annually at any NIFT campus across India and all the NIFT campuses send their 50 student to participate in 30 events overall. There are many clubs in our college each for a different hobby like sports club, literature club, cultural club etc.
