Teaching method is very good but some teachers are not serious and doesn’t take class but few teachers they are very much concern for our studies.
No i,am not engaged in any college activities because there are more than a thousand students they are already there

Dislikes

I don’t like the college washroom because its very dirt and no body maintains it
Some teaching methods of teacher not experienced also

Campus Life:

The campus which tries to involve us us only sports like basketball and football and othere are libray but more than this there is no other activities in our college and i find it boring for girls who re interested in sports like tennis

Faculties who are DU and JNU graduates and all have completed their PHd. The mentor we get for dissertation during the final semesters is beneficial for the students.
The couse also include a subject of Remte Sensing and GIS.

Dislikes

The rented campus on the highway area in the town.
The new Sikkim University campus is being build in Yangyang South Sikkim.

Campus Life:

The university hosts annual meet ups, sports meet, cultural meet, academic meet and other program of importance to the Indian Constitution. The department of Geography has a student run club named Sikkim University Geographical Society where the concerns of Geography are discussed and shared.

Likes

I like the faculty of our college, they are highly qualified and excellent in teaching.
The library because it offers a lot of books which we can use.

Dislikes

The washroom of our college is not hygienic.
The college compound is also not that clean in some places.

Campus Life:

I am a new student and I don't have much ideas about the fest and when it will be held. There are fields and courts for games and sports. There are IT labs, Library etc. projector are also used in our class for better learning.

Huge Infrastructure of the campus including various ways to refresh yourself during free time
Common room for boys and girls to play games like table tennis, chess,carrom board.

Dislikes

Really unhygienic washroom no maintenance at all
Searing capacity in cafeteria was less as compared to the number of students

Campus Life:

College fest was fun as we all could show our creativness and talent to the other students. Various range of books are available in the college library. No smart class there were only a single black board and a white board.

Big campus and great surroundings (lovely college located in the centrw of the city
Proper guards situated in entrance resulting in better security towards the students

Dislikes

Unhygenic washroom really dirty and full of smell that could lead to various harmful diseases
No ambulance in the initial year but as an ancident happened the ambulance was provided

Campus Life:

College fest held in the month of march is the most celebrated among the students which includes various co-curricular activities. We had a lot of sctivites in the college including various tournaments

The nature of the college surroundings and the surrounding is so huge that u will need more than an hour to make a round of the college....
There is individual building according to the course or subject..... The college have lots of facilities available

Dislikes

The college is known to be number 1 government college around sikkim and it is very old college and know by everyone..... Due to old it need to be maintain and reconstust it like
There is no facilities like white board, they still use black board with chalk

Campus Life:

In this college we have lots of curriculum activities for student according to their interests, talent like we have fest program every year where there are lots of competition like singing, dancing, painting, volleyball, football, tennis,essay writing,debate and many more.... And even have others activities like Blood donation camp Book camp Medical camp Etc

This college is so affordable and budget-friendly.
This college is affiliated with Central University

Dislikes

The hostel facility is limited and less people can take the facility.
The faculty-to-student relationship is not so good.

Campus Life:

The campus is large enough. It is well maintained. Many cultural events take place annually. There are many useful books available in the library. There are many clubs and groups which are ran by students. The Representative Council is also selected by students.

The infrastructure and the collage facilities who are always ready to help every student of every department they belong of each subject

Dislikes

The condition of the toilet and surrounding area is very dirty need a special attention to clean that area

Campus Life:

To describe the overall experience of the college life it's really good to see the teachers the way they teach the ved explain each and every topic to the entire class which consist more than 200 students. Usual classes a conducted in English language and the college student are not allowed to use any other language except the official language only the Nepali Department students are allowed to use the respectively Nepali language so it quite so it is quite good and I really glad .

Friendly environment and teachers are always willing to help

Dislikes

Shortage of sport equipment and too much study pressure
Least facility,and shortage of MPH hall in collage

Well being a college student it's really hard to manage everything but campus life is going well like we come to learn many thing during college life specially the management skills and all stuff so we must keep going

The campus experience is good and we host a yearly fest called AIKYAM and that is one of the most greatest fest hosted in GC. The experience of campus including library and other experience is good. But the college campus is small so there is great chaios
