I have an interest in the crime field so I chose these courses. The faculty of the course was PhD in this field and has vast knowledge about the course. The teaching method of the faculty is good. The level of the exam was moderate.
I chose this course because of the influence of my father (advocate) and because i was from science background i chose Forensic Science for my masters. Faculty is amazing, Phd Holders and always available for help, university have assigned mentors for all the students to solve their queries. There are CA's (Assignments), Mid term exams and End Term Exams. During lockdown both exams are of MCQ types.
College fees is feasible but if you are getting scholarship then only. Or else the college fees might be expensive for you. No additional fees gonna be charged for the security of admission but initially they will take some part of the fees during the admission. The rest of the fees you have to pay after joining or you can also pay in the same time.
I am a second year MSc. Forensic Science student at LPU.
As per the eligibility criteria mentioned by LPU for admission to its MSc. Forensic Science course, a candidate must pass with 60% aggregate marks in BSc. (Forensic Science/ Botany / Zoology / Physics / Chemistry / Biochemistry / Microbiology / Biotechnology / MLT) or B.Pharm or MBBS or BDS or BHMS or BAMS or equivalent, and clear LPUNEST/CUET.
5% relaxation is offered to North-East states and Sikkim candidates/ Defence Personnel and their Dependents/ Wards of Kashmiri Migrants).
Since you have scored almost 60% aggregate in your graduation, I would highly suggest you call/visit the university’s admission office and tell them about your situation.
