LPUNEST 2024 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates are advised to check LPUNEST 2024 eligibility criteria before they apply for the entrance exam. Only Indian nationals are eligible to apply for LPUNEST exam. Applicants must have completed or must be appearing in 2024, in the final examination of 10+ 2 from CBSE or ICSE or State Board or any other Council, Institution, college etc.

LPUNEST 2024 Registration
- Application form will be in a format that can be processed by Optical Mark Reader (OMR).
- LPUNEST Kit consists of
- University Information Brochure comprising details of Infrastructure, Global Character, Placements, Academics, Student services, Campus life etc.
- LPUNEST Booklet comprising details of Programmes applicable, Eligibility, Fee and Scholarship, Schedule of Test, Question Paper Pattern, Test Cities etc.
- Application fee once paid will not be refunded.

LPUNEST 2024 Registration Online:
Online Mode Visit admissions.lpu.in and complete the following steps:
Step 1: Sign Up– Register onto LPUADMIT(admission.lpu.in) with basic details (Name, Email ID, Mobile No., State, Gender and Password).
Step 2: Payment for LPUNEST Kit– The cost of LPUNEST Kit needs to be paid by the applicant as per his/ her choice.

The payment can be made using Online banking/ Credit card/ debit card/ UPI.
Step 3: General Information and Qualification details– The application form details like Aadhar card number, address details and qualification details need to be filled by the applicant.
Step 4: Exam Information– Applicant needs to book the slot (preferred venue (if applicable), date and time as per their choice) to appear in the LPUNEST Exam. Applicant can also download the hall ticket from the portal.
LPUNEST 2024 Registration Offline:
Offline Mode LPUNEST Kit may be obtained by the applicant from the University Campus or any other prescribed place by paying cash. Cost of Application form of LPUNEST Kit is Rs. 1000 (for Boys) and Rs. 500 (for Girls).
Once the applicant has obtained the LPUNEST Kit, application form can be submitted by one of the following methods:
1. Manual Application: Fill the full application form (OMR sheet) after reading all the instructions as specified under the head “Instructions for filling Application Form (OMR sheet)” and send it to the university in the self-addressed envelope on the following Address: Block 30, Room No 102, Lovely Professional University, Jalandhar Delhi, GT Road, Phagwara, Punjab, India – 144411
Note: Incomplete application (For example: Declaration not signed) will not be processed. LPU does not take responsibility to inform these applicants. Such applicants will not be able to access the LPU Admit. Applicants are hence advised to duly fill the application form and dispatch it along with complete requisite documents in all respects.
2. Semi-Offline Application: In case applicant is unable to send the hard copy of application form (OMR Sheet), then applicant may scratch the Unique OMR code available on application form (OMR Sheet) and follow the below mentioned steps:
- Sign up on LPU ADMIT portal (admission.lpu.in)
- When prompted for payment, choose the option of Unique OMR Code (given on OMR Sheet)and fill the same.
- After successful submission of online application form, refer the step- 3 of Online Mode option as mentioned above
Note: Printout of the computer-generated application should be retained by the applicant for reference. All our correspondence including test centre booking and Hall Ticket details will be through email only. Therefore, the applicants are requested to get ready with valid email id and mobile number for contact. No separate communication will be done for the same.
For online application, Applicant should have Online Banking facility through Net banking/ Debit card/ Credit card/UPI/Payment wallets.
LPUNEST 2024 Slot Booking
At the time of filling LPUNEST 2024 Application Form, candidates need to fill the exam center preference and book the slot for the online exam. After sending the application form, candidates are required to book a slot for their examination online. LPUNEST 2024 Slot Booking window for Schedule IV is 3 days before the conduct of the exam (for e.g if the candidate wish to appear for exam on July 7, 2024, he/she must apply and book the slot on or before July 4, 2024).
- Slots will be provided to candidates on a first come first serve basis.
- It is strongly advised that applicants should book their exam slot at the earliest to avoid any inconvenience later on.
- Failing to complete slot booking will result in non-issuing of admit card
Candidates are allowed to book the center, date, and time as per their convenience at least 3 days before the desired date.
Other than booking the slot as per their preference, students can also authorize the university to book a slot for them. In such cases, the University will allow one date (preferably from the given choices) for the exam as per the availability of exam slots.
LPUNEST 2024 Exam Center
LPUNEST Exam Centers are available in over 200 cities across India. These test centers are operational on all days except for public holidays or weekly offs. However, in a few cities, the LPUNEST exam centers are operational only on specific days of the month.
It is up to the discretion of Lovely Professional University of add/ remove any test city from the LPUNEST Exam Centers list. Applicants cannot make any claim for slot booking of a city in any circumstances.

LPUNEST 2024 Admit Card
LPUNEST 2024 admit card will be released only for those candidates who have successfully booked their slots for the exam. Candidates can download LPUNEST Admit Card 2024 immediately after completing their slot booking while candidates whose exam slot will be booked by the university, can download their admit card 48 hours after the slot booking.
The admit card includes all the important details like the candidate’s name, course, exam venue, exam date and time, and exam day guidelines. Admit card is a mandatory document that must be carried while going for the exam, candidates failing to show the admit card on the day of the exam will not be permitted to give the examination.

LPUNEST 2024 Result

LPUNEST 2024 Cut Off
LPUNEST 2024 Cutoff is the minimum score a candidate requires to be eligible for admission to Lovely Professional University National Entrance and Scholarship Test. For the academic year 2024-25, the cut-off marks for B.Tech courses can be judged based on the previous year cut-offs. The scholarship will also be awarded to those students who score more than or equal to the cutoff marks.
- The minimum marks are set by the University and are based on a number of factors.
- The cut-off is based on the number of applicants, number of vacant seats, average performance in the entrance test, and last year’s cut off.
- After the cut-off is declared, a Merit List will be prepared on the basis of the candidates’ score in the entrance test.
LPUNEST 2024 Counselling
LPUNEST 2024 Counselling for each Schedule of the exam will be conducted online. For each round, seats will be allotted separately. Candidates will get seats as per the rank and preferred course and/ or program.
- Once the seats have been allotted, shortlisted candidates are suggested to download the allotment letter and pay an initial fee worth INR 15,000 as a confirmation to seat booking.
- At this stage, shortlisted candidates are supposed to fill the admission form and upload all the required documents. Documents submitted along with the admission form will be verified on the dates mentioned by the conducting body, also, the candidates need to pay the balance fee.

LPUNEST 2024 Scholarships
LPUNEST 2024 is not only an entrance test but also a scholarship test. LPU grants scholarships based on various factors. Eligible candidates are awarded scholarships based on their performance on any of the following categories:
- Eligibility Qualification
- LPU’s Entrance and Scholarship Test: LPUNEST
- Certain national level tests like JEE Mains, NEET, UCEED, CAT, MAT, GATE, GPAT, MAT etc.
Scholarship Brackets: For all the categories mentioned above, three brackets of Scholarship (Bracket 1, 2 and 3) are set. Each bracket has fixed criteria (scores required in the qualifying exam) that candidates must get to fall in that particular bracket.
The criteria in each bracket will be lowered as it proceeds to the next brackets and the scholarship amount will also decrease. So, the students who fall into Bracket- 1 criteria will get the maximum scholarship as compared to the ones who are in Bracket 2 or 3 categories.
The Scholarship amount/ percentage will be differed based on the following table:

Ques. Which entrance is accepted for admissions to LPU?
Ans. Candidates planning to take admission to Lovely Professional University are required to clear the Lovely Professional University National Entrance and Scholarship Test or LPUNEST 2024. However, certain courses such as B.Tech also accept other national-level exams such as JEE Main.
Ques. Am I allowed to edit my LPUNEST 2024 application form, after submitting the same?
Ans. No, candidates will not be allowed to make any modifications post submitting their LPUNEST 2024 application form.
Ques. What is the importance of multiple schedules in LPUNEST 2024?
Ans. LPUNEST 2024 exam is taken in multiple schedules. The applicants who have been given Schedule I, but want to improve the result, can give the exam a second time in Schedule II. The candidate’s better score will be considered while calculating the final marks in the exam.
Ques. What are the factors based on which seats are allotted to the candidates who clear LPUNEST 2024?
Ans. Candidates’ performance in LPUNEST 2024 and their communication skills in Personal Interview rounds will be considered while offering seats at LPU.
Ques. What is the procedure to deposit the fee once seats are allotted?
Ans. After seat allocation, selected candidates can pay the fee through Online Mode (using their debit/credit card, net banking, etc.) or by visiting the University Campus/ Camp Office. In case fees is being paid online, then boys need to pay INR 500 while girls are supposed to pay INR 250. Candidates who plan to make offline payments have to pay INR 500 (same for both girls and boys).
Ques. Can I ask for the revaluation of the LPUNEST answers?
Ans. No. There is no provision of revaluation in LPUNEST exam.

Ques. What are the important topics in the Mathematics section of LPUNEST 2024?
Ans. While preparing for LPUNEST 2024 maths section, you must study topics like Algebra, Matrics, Vectors and Reasoning, Permutation and Combination, Binomial Theorem, Limit, Integration, etc. A total of 40 questions will be asked in the Mathematics section, each holding a weightage of 4 marks.

Ans. If there is a tie between two or more candidates in LPUNEST 2024, then the comparison will be made between the subject-wise scores obtained by them and the age of the candidates. The elder candidate will be given priority.

LPUNEST is conducted by LPU for admission in various programs offered at the undegraduate and postgraduate levels. However, the university does not offer MBBS program. In order to get admission in an MBBS program in India you must be NEET UG qualified.
