New Delhi: Lovely Professional University (LPU) has released the campus placement report for the academic session 2022-23. According to the report released, over 1,100 students secured job offers with packages ranging from INR 10 lakh to INR 64 Lakh.
The top 10 per cent of LPU students received an average package of INR 12.3 lakh. Yasir M from the 2018 LPU batch, secured a package of INR 3 crore from an IT company while another student, Pawan Kunchala, received a package of INR 1 crore from IT company TC Central.
Among the students of 2023-24 batch, Yashasvi Yaduvanshi and Harsh Vardhan of BTech Computer Science and Engineering have recently secured a package of INR 52.08 lakh at Microsoft. Apart from this, a student of Mechanical Engineering secured the highest CTC of inr 54.9 lakh. On the other hand, Architecture and MBA students have received packages of INR 31.69 and INR 29.3 lakh respectively.
LPU students have received more than 5500 placement offers from Amazon, TCS, Bosch, Trident, Federal Bank, Bank of America, Flipkart, Cipla, LG Electronics, Qatar Highways, P&O Cruises, Torrent Pharmaceutical, IndiGo and many other prestigious Fortune 500 companies. The offers have been made in the fields of Engineering Management, Hotel and Tourism, Medical, Agriculture, Social Science etc.
Over 350 companies that also recruit from IITs, NITs, and IIMs participate in the LPU Campus Placement Drive. Participation of multinational companies in campus recruitment and selection of students on the best package also reflects LPU's commitment to educate the students as well as make them skilled according to the changes coming in the industry.
