The course that are offered by the vtu and these were like underrated because of having syllabus of not used in the current industries. There is no advanced technology courses and there is no course that will help you to be a engineer at the particular field.

My course is cse .here they give more importantance on hands-on session which makes students perfect and ready for real world challenges in coding.they teaching speed is a bit fast difficult for some students to concentrate.every 2 months Internals are conducted

I have choosen Computer science and engineering beacouse I am really interested in that stream beacouse I am from agriculture background so in that field there are so many development in hardware and machinery but not much software applicatiobs which helps farmers in agriculture so I choose this course to do something in that In college they give more importantance to syllabus and teaches only those concepts which are enclosed in the syllabus. So it doesn't help much to deal with real world projects The main area of improvement is they have to teach complete programming language with practicle excersice and projects The university exams are of medium level and also the timing is good enough to handle.

The course curriculum is designed by the VTU UNIVERSITY only for all the colleges that are under VTU UNIVERSITY, so some subjects have a content and some subjects are not required only because no use of the knowledge of that subject for our future career.

Course curriculum is pretty relevant. I did my B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering, so all the Programming language subjects had their respective lab subjects which made things learn practically too. We had three internal exams for every subject per semester before the final semester exams. We had internal exams for labs too. Difficulty level of the exams were average if you covered most of the part of the syllabus. Out of thr box questions were rarely asked.

I had an interest for this branch from my childhood itself. The curriculum here is well updated and trains you very according to industry standards. As per future academic pursuits, I didn't see much going on but still some students have become successful in joining some of the best colleges in the world. Syllabus can be a bit easy I guess but it's fine even now. There are 2 ISAs(Internals) of 40 marks each and an ESA. Exams I feel like are above averag to difficult kind of difficulty.

I had choosed my branch because this was the only last option for me to select in curriculam. But now im very much satisfied with how the branch is. My branch is very new and i wasn't expecting that i would get this good facilities. This curriculam prepares us very well in real-world.Our teachers also try preparing us for the real-world. 9-4.30 is our class timings, and in middle he have break of 1.3hrs.

Particularly for my batch the course curriculum was average because no much lapse or market trading skills were provided to us rather more and more theory subjects as well as theory things were taught to US so less kill related subject but more theoretical subject even if we compare AIML that also is full of theory and less skills think taught to US so overall the curriculum for us was average only with less practical knowledge

As I am studying in Computer science and engineering it has broad scope in the world and it provides the lot of technical knowledge and also update is to current era.It helps us to build our own career in fascinating manner
You don't start the CSE syllabus right away in the first year. Math, electronics core topics, English, and other subjects are common. You should read the foreign writers suggested for applied math and sciences. Foreign books usually go into great detail about a topic and are of far higher quality than local publications. I would advise you to use them for your preparation.
Here are some of the recommended books.
For chemistry cycle-
For Physics Cycle-
For CPP, your college will help you out with the notes. These are the authors that you can refer to during your 1st year. There is no need to refer to any books for EVS.
