The Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU) is one of the best and highly ranked engineering institutes. The prestigious and prominent National Ranking Agency NIRF 2023 has placed VTU at 52^nd position under the engineering category and 92^nd in the overall category. 6th sem, Many companies will come and give offers like TCS, lAccenture,Etc.Highest package is 18 LPA and Lowest is 3 LPA,Seventy percent of students will get placed in the placement and I should get placed in a good company

The structural building of college, the canteen, the most beautiful thing is our parking lot,we have three parking lot in our clg

There will be no fest held in college and the only big fest held was manthan that too it was held after 2 years

Internships Opportunities:

Internships are offered from the clg and the intrested students or any student's if they get chance to take internaship outside campus can take up the internship And the projects also are given in all the even semesters They can do the projects suggested from teacher or they can choose a project of their own

JIT one of the best engineering college in south Bengaluru

JIT has a well-maintained campus with modern facilities, including well-equipped laboratories, libraries, and sports amenities.The greenery and cleanliness of the campus create a conducive environment for learning.
Many students appreciate the knowledgeable and approachable faculty members.The teaching methods are generally well-received, with a mix of theoretical and practical approaches.JIT has a dedicated placement cell that works actively

Some students feel that there could be improvements in specific areas like more advanced lab equipment or better internet facilities.
While many students get placed, some feel that more companies, especially core engineering firms, should be invited for placements.

College is the ideal time to gain the knowledge and experience to prepare you for a new career. Completing an internship can be an important part of your education and career preparation, and some programs require all students to finish one. SJBIT student review

Primarily SJBIT campus is vast and surrounded with nature which encourages our learning attitude.The professers have good knowledge of their subject. Both theoretical and practical experience is provided for the student.
This college has good students which helps in forming good peer groups who encourage and help out making the college life easier and fun.The college also supports various cultural and sports activities which encourages students overall growth

The college campus is very huge which means we students have to travel long distance by foot everyday. The distance from the main gate to the college is 1km which sometimes has to be covered on foot.
The teachers though having good knowledge about the subject they are not so good at teaching. Some lectures have attitude problem and this tends to discourage the students.

Still being in the first year I do not have enough knowledge about the internships but as per my research about the college some of the companies that offered internships at SJBIT are Data lore Labs for AI and ml domain and Live Wire company for data science stream, etc.

Bmsit

The campus is beautiful and has a very positive environment
There is no ragging among students and the teachers are also supportive.

The daily working timings are from 8:30 to 4:30
There are less fest compared to other colleges.

There are many internship provided by the college including internships from the IITs and NITs .There are also many professors who have there own company in which they give internship to students aswell

They have big football ground where you can enjoy the sports

Have the lots of rules make you feel like you are in elementary school
Have to be in the campus before 8:30am after that you won't be allowed to enter the college

Our college offers diverse internship opportunities across various fields such as software development, data analysis, marketing, and finance with companies like TCS, Infosys, and Wipro. These internships provide hands-on experience and professional growth.

KNS institute of technology

All the faculty of the KNS institute of technology are well educated in their field

In my college KNS institute of technology there is no committee for different cultures
In KNS institute of technology sports event is less than it should be

In KNS institute of technology internship is provided to students when they needed as per the curriculum it will be stipend internship with no extra charges you will get internship holidays to balance your time and focus on your skills

The good part is they give the overview of requirements for placements

Vtu board affiliated so your score is based on vtu
Vtu does not focus on real time subjects rather the bird focus on particular knowledge

They will provide internship in almost every start up companies and they have introduced Microsoft internship also this year and you have to do a mini project every sem and a major project at the end of college

A good collage to choose for 50 to 70 percentile or mid-low rank.

Leisure Attendance - You don't need to worry about attendance
Freebies - Uniform, Records , Assignment books are free, covered in fee itself.

Small campus, just 2 building no ground or and other amenities
Campus does have a proper canteen, worst food in the canteen.

Worst at its peak. It's not even a 3rd tier collage in form of placements. Everything is blamed towards the market. Around 10 people were properly placed from CSE of 120 students. Other 15 or so for low wage or data entry jobs.

Nitte

The campus is close to the environment .
Away from the city and quiet so there is less pollution

The placements are a bit low this year but it's the same case every where
Need to upgrade the mechanical labs with better pc

I have been doing a internship in Nitte Meenakshi college Bengaluru where we learn catia and ansys . We learnt machine part modelling, surface modelling, Assembly and in ansys we learnt a lot like thermal analysis, modal analysis, cfd etc..
