Students can apply for the placement from 3rd semester onwards. KPMG, RMS, Ultratech, earthood, pwc, EY, zomato, etc are some companies that visited the campus for placement. About 90% of students get placed every year. The highest package goes up to 11lpa.
Students become eligible for campus placements after they finish their major project, which is compulsory on site experience offered during 4th semester, upon which all twenty-nine credits depend all top-notch companies like Indian Oil, WWF, RMS, CHEORS, Giz, KPMG, TTC, RMS, Aditya Birla group, Indian infrastructure, Solidaridad amongst others. The starting salary range is from five to 14 lakhs per annum. About 80% of students get placed from campus, however, 100% of the students get jobs within 5 to 6 months of getting employed. My plans are to get a PhD from a reputed institution and to further on build my career from there onwards.
TERI University conducts its own entrance exam, followed by an interview in front of a panel; qualifying which one is eligible for admission.
The study and placement available in The Energy Research Institute School of Advanced Studies drove me to make up my mind to choose one of the best colleges for study in Masters degree Master of Science M. Sc in Plant Biotechnology.
No boys hostel. Teaching is really good. Mixed culture keeps the place happening and lively.
They listen to students when it's related to studies, but they don't when it's about canteen food.
The work culture is very intense at TERI. It's needs to be a little eased out with a few number of subjects as we are studying 8 subjects in a single semester. Therefore it becomes very clogged up and intense by the end of the semester.
Nothing bad about the institute. The institute has groomed lots of students who are doing good in life.
I took this university for my career as this university provides the best placement opportunities in so many reputed and big companies.
For all the foodies there is a great spacious canteen and they offers a selection of great food. Choose from snacks like samosas, bread rolls, kathi rolls, sandwiches, burgers and more filling items like chowmein and frankies.
