Faculty of the college is generally very experienced and well trained, they can be very helpful for people with interest in research. Faculty have assigned time slots which they keep to clear doubts, accessibility of teachers is good. There are TA's who are alloted for a group of roughly 18-20 students. There are graded exams almost every two days.

The relationship between students and faculty is amazing. We get faculty's office hours every week which we can use for clearing our doubts or any other problem we're facing regarding the course. There are no specific names of professors who are best in teaching their course ( all of them teach very well). The professors keep the class engaged i.e. one of reasons students attend classes. There are primarily 5 courses in the first semester ( IP,LA,DC,COM,HCI). Although the first sem is really easy but study at IIITD is hectic as you need to give quizzes and submit assignments withing the deadline. The marks distribution consists of quizzes, assignments, projects, lab sessions, midsems and endsems.

There are around 150-200 faculty members and around 3000 students including PhD, MTech and BTech All the faculties are very approachable One of my favourite professor would be pravesh biyani as his classes are interesting, and he got on field experience afterall he and his team made Delhi bus digital ticket platform in this college itself. One of the professor i didn't like would be Sujay Deb as his classes were boring even though he had knowledge but he didn't share the knowledge properly. There are mainly 2 exams mid sem and end sem but professors can choose to have in class quizzes as they like to, some tests are easy some are hard depending on the course and professor.

Faculties are all experts in their fields, all did PhD, from really esteemed universities, but as usual all that is of no help because at the end of the day everyone studies from youtube, the profs may be really expert in their fields but are really bad at explaining concepts. Some profs are really GOATed tho, Pravesh Bayani in first sem Digital Ciruits course was a great proffessor and made sure everyone understood everything there are also many profs who dont care how many students fail in their course, even if the whole batch fails they won't decrease the passing criteria by even 1% There is mid semester exams, end semester exams, and proffesor can include quizzes, assignments, worksheets, homework submissions, projects etc in the cours grading. It varies greatly for each and every course. And you need to study hard if you even want to pass 90% of the courses in this college, many profs fail 80% of batch The profs are easily approachable, you can go meet them in their office hours

Firstly in this college you can't able to copy in exam even in assignment also because of strict Plagrism policy and in this college professors also make hard exam paper. Some time ta or tf cannot able to solve the problems.

At our college the student teacher ratio is somewhat of a mixed bag. Depending on the course it can have a good ratio or sometimes the class may not have a good ratio. The proffersors are approachable after the class and also have office hours to clear student's doubt

The faculty-to-student ratio is about 25-30:1, and the learning experience is great because there are also Teaching assistants who help us with the topics. The faculties are MITian IITians, PhDs, and also foreign professors, so the credentials of the faculty are great, and the approach to teaching is good. We can interact with the faculty at the end of every lecture or the faculty makes a meetup time of about 1 hour 2 times a week in which students can come to their office and discuss with them.

The faculty to student ratio is pretty good as classes are divided into sections if the number of student taking a class increases to more than 200-300. The classes are really huge and well equipped to accommodate the whole strength. The faculties are good, you might face difficulty with some professors but overall it's a good experience. Most of them teach really good and have degrees and awards from renounced foreign and Indian institutions. The professors are really approachable with weekly office hours and even ready to give some time after classes.

The professors are highly skilled. They have completed their masters from well known foreign universities. They are always cooperative and engage in refular doubt sessions. We also have office hours where we can interact with the professor to clear our doubts and discuss studies

So Faculty to student is quite good as there are multiple subjects to choose from, so it goes from 10:1 to even 100:1 . But even apart from it, there are Teaching Assistants to help you out anytime. And there are dedicated office hours where one can discuss about subjects , research work and can clear his doubts
