Course Curriculum Overview :

Course curriculum depends on the stream opted. Exam is held in 2 phases or 2 dates. The paper contains MCQs and subjective questions that need to be answered. Each paper has three subjects physics chemistry and mathematics.

Placement Experience :

Placements are excellent. We usually hit 100% placements or very close to 100%. On an average the package that we secure are 9 lacs approx. Highest can be as high as 3 Cr. All major multinational brands accros the globe visit us during our placements. We get internships too in good companies with stipends of 30k to 50k

College Events :

Technical Fests - Shaastra, Cultural Fest - Saarang, Sports Fest - inter IIT, Inter hostel fests - technical, cultural and sports, Food Fests, Inter departmental fests - technical, cultural and sports, Extra mural lectures.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Inexpensive. 56000/- per year including hostel, academic and mess fee. It is subsidized by the government of India as it receives funds of approximately 150crore for the running of the institution Fees is even less for economically weaker sections.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

I did not availed any loan facility. But There Are Loan Facilities Available From All Nationalized Banks. The loan can be paid over emi installments after getting placed post graduation. Fee waiver are available for economically weaker students.

Hostel Facilities :

Hostels have individual rooms for seniors and shared rooms for freshers with Wi-Fi We have very clean and well maintained common toilets. Each hostel has a computer room, library, indoor sports room, Tech room, Music room.

External Expense : Rs.4000 - Rs.7000

Alumni/Alumna :

Very helpful in getting us along with the pace of institution. They take a lot of sessions to give fundaes to freshers on all about IIT life. We don't have any physical ragging in IIT and seniors are friendly and welcoming. Overall experience very good

Admission :

You clear the JEE Exam, secure a rank attend counseling and get the institute and branch based on merit. Only two attempts are permitted. Each attempt can be taken once during the year of passing 12th and one an year after.

Faculty :

Outstanding. All are a min phd holders, authors of some well known publications, scientists, publishers of some well known papers and articles, mathematicians, physicians. Been faculty in top universities across the world.

I chose automobile since I was more interested in manufacturing of cars and bikes, so to know the technology I was decided to took the couurse Faculty student ratio was 1: 40 which is more than sufficient to provide good teaching and knowledge to the students Some of the newly completed B.E faculty has been appointed as staff and they may not have sufficient skill to teach and create quality engineers that can be avoided Every 6 months once semester exams will be there and for every 2 month interval internal exams will be conducted, it's so easy to pass the exam if we regularly follow the faculty instruction
