Admission
This was the best college i was getting on my jee mains rank. It was having best nirf ranking among other colleges i was getting. I also applied other NITs like NIT kkr and NIT jaipur, but can't get tech branch that's why i have choosen this college.
Faculty
The faculty to student ratio is 1:10. Faculties are highly qualified (have done phd from IITs and other foreign colleges). Faculty to student relationship is good. Faculties are always available in working hours. Personally ,i like some faculties like Simranjeet sir from IT department and arun rathore sir from EE department and Lala tendu sir from CS department. I like them because they teaches really well and are highly qualified. In each sem there are 1 mid sem ,1 end sem , min 3 quizes (best 2 will be evaluated ),for lab there will be 1 final practical exam. Exams are of average level.
Interview Experience
There was not any interview or group discussion. We only have to give jee mains and according to out rank we have to fill josaa/csab counselling round. Then there is a physical reporting in which documents were checked.
Night Life
For first year students due to anti ragging commitee hostel timings are strict (like curfew after 7 pm for hostel students ). For 2nd year onwards no hostel timings is there. There is a very good gym inside campus having all the necessary equipments and machines. Library timings :- all nighter durings the exams and closes at 12 in night on normal days.
