  • The curriculum and syllabus is so very outdated and requires immediate updation.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The curriculum is a bit outdated as the technology is updating but the syllabus isn't. The lab facilities are excellent, and it would have been better if the syllabus included more practicals. The frequency of exams is quite often. There will be two series exams of forty marks each, two or more assignments, and a semester exam every semester. The difficulty level can be from low to medium.

Internships Opportunities :

The Career Guidance Cell of the college is quite advanced and provides timely reminders on different internship and job opportunities. They also facilitate placement training programs to help the students.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

As compared to other colleges that offer the same course, the tuition fees are very affordable. It costs less than Rs 10,000 per semester for the tuition and exams. There are quite a lot of scholarships that can be availed by students, including many state and national-funded scholarships. Details on the scholarships will be made available by the faculties and different clubs of the college.

Campus Life :

The college encourages a balanced student life with various clubs, activities, fests, etc. The annual cultural fest, Dhwani, the annual technical fest, Drishti, and the fresher's fest, Disha are the 3D's of CET, alongside different department fests like Pantheon for CE, Override for ME, Tesla for EEE, etc add colors to the campus life here. Different clubs and student societies like ICI CET, ASCE CET, IGS CET, ASME CET, etc add to the glory of the college.

Admission :

I took the KEAM exam, which is quite an easy exam compared to JEE Mains and Advanced. I had a rank of 1395 with marks of 654.21 out of 960. With reservations, the rank to be eligible can go up to 10,000, and without reservation to 3000.

Faculty :

The faculty members are very experienced. They are accommodating and approachable. The knowledge level of the professors is incomparable to any other. The way they handle classes and other matters is impressive. Their willingness to help in academic and personal issues are a blessing.

The college has good placement,It depends on the time your being passed out. You should actually prepare your best to get placed in good companies. Also don't depend on college placement completely you should also go off campus placement too.

Good government University with better placement opportunities, infrastructure and good educational environment. Fee Structure is feasible and the university is stands apart.

Placement Experience:

Placement and job opportunities are fairly good in my college. A lot of good companies come for placement drives every year but it mostly depends on the student themselves. Companies like cisco,MuSigma, Goldman Sachs, Ernst and Young, Larsen and Toubro and many more come every year.
