Campus beauty is the one which catch the eyes of all
Also the personal development one can develop easily here due to environment

Dislikes

Strictness is bit too much and accumulated in a small town so outing for a day is not so well as its small town

Course Curriculum Overview :

Course is recently modified from 2023 for 1st year and is according to nep and is well structured one can easily understand it and work up on it.. it also helps in future placements overall its a great experience

Class Size : 90Course Fees : INR 125000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

I don't know much about internship opportunities much so can't say as i am in second year though i have listened many seniors having good internship stipend thats all i can say about internship nothing much

Placement Experience :

Placements is moderate type its just if u have good cgpa and skills u can get a high package of ur desire but if u stuck on average then u might fell short from ur desire package as avg is not so much high leaving some branches

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

fees i have to pay all and not on a benefit of reservation or scholarship so the info i have provided earlier is all i can provide sorry for that other info u can find on the college site

Campus Life :

Campus life club involvement all are great especially campus life one can easily enjoy natural beauty in this its one of the main attraction of the college also many tourists places are nearby so one can enjoy properly

Hostel Facilities :

Hostel food is good and accomodation is also good first year hostel is beautiful and have different vibes so hostel life is great and one will enjoy such life in hustle of college and facilities are also great

Hostel Fee : INR 30000 per year

Admission :

Cut off was quite moderate in 2023 so one with rank around 30-40k can get a college reservation benefits are quite high in the college and admission process is easy not so complicated there are lot of people to help it out One can get admission here from josaa or csab and then forms u can get on admission date and other details also

Faculty :

Faculty is well educated and mainly from IITs or higher graduation and are well knowledgeable related to research and provide great environment for that.. over all its a great experience to have a helpful faculty

NIT Hamirpur Review

Placement Experience:

The college provides a quite decent placement. This year highest package was 2 Cr and previous year highest package was 1.73 Cr . More than 40 companies visited.Top recruiters were Samsung ,CRED, Syska,Croma,Oracle , Accenture etc. More than 80 percent students get placed and after my degree I am also thinking of getting placed .

The placement drive begins from the beginning of 7th semester for the four year bachelor's programs. The average package offered in my stream .i.e. Mechanical engineering is about 8-9 lakhs per year. The placements depend upon the students knowledge and grades. And the placement percentage of college is above 75%.

Placement Experience:

Like from the the 7th semester we are eligible to sit in placement process. Companies like vegazva, khanna paper mill, shree cement etc. companies visited in campus. And the highest package as like i mentioned the company visited in campus giving us 4lpa for 2-3 years then it is increased as per the candidate performance.

A clear picture is not shown to the website of my college as well as student studying at it. However after consulting through our seniors, we get to know that various big companies visits our college. The highest package is about 60 lakhs but average is around 10 lakhs
