We were provided with with single room occupations in our first years .
The lecture halls are really nice and are centralised air conditioned

Weather in this city is unpredictable and most of the times very hot
Message food is not up to mark and sometimes we find insects in it.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I am currently in my first year soon to become a senior. In first year , course for all branches is same . I chose this course because there were only few options for me to get admission in an IIT. Exams are conducted 2 times per semester within gap of approx 2 months .It's difficulty level depends on which faculty member is setting up the question paper.

Class Size : 50Course Fees : INR 1226320 per year

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Fees is above 10 lacs but considering the facilities we students are provided with , it's pretty decent.Exact amount is 153290 per semester which includes message fee (18000) and rest is institute fee.

Campus Life :

I am about to complete my first year and my experience here is pretty normal. I have seen the infrastructure devolop in this college which includes an auditorium,and 2 lecture halls. Library is pretty decent with lot of options including syllabus books as well as informal options. Lot of extracurricular activities options which includes societies of various domains and a lot of sports available to play.

Admission :

First we have to clear jee mains cutoff in order to be eligible for jee advanced .Then we have to get a decent rank in advanced. The registration for exams occur in josaa website.We are eligible to sit for advanced if we have 75% above in 12th boards. Jee mains is about speed and accuracy but jee advanced is about solving as much questions as possible due to its difficulty.

My perspective, through the University experience

Placement Experience:

The campus placement is decent but since the number of students enrolled in a course is relatively high, one really need to work hard if they aim at getting placed at a really good package. It is necessary to keep in head that since competition is high due to huge population of students, you need to consistently give your best and do extra courses side by side.

From the first year onwards you can get a paid internship. If you have skills you can get an internship by yourself. From the 5th-6th semester, you can get campus internships from companies like tech Mahindra, boutique many more. The highest package is 12lpa and the average package is 3lpa 70-80% of students are getting placements.
