Course Curriculum Overview :

Most of the students choose IITs for placements only . In IITs getting place is much easier compare to 2nd 3rd.. tier colleges . The Aim for me to choose EEE Dept is I have Interested in electronics Course.

Class Size : 66Course Fees : INR 33000 per year

Placement Experience :

Generally placements at IIT Guwahati is Quite better than other IITs . Here many students get internships in their 3rd year btech irrespective of their branch if they have coding skills & projects . Avg CTC is 22 LPA 92% placed My plan after getting degree is to prepare for UPSC

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

For Me Like ST /SC Student there is no tuition fees . We just have to pay for hostel/ mess fees. For general guys & obc I think they have to pay around 125000 per semester . For us there are number of scholarship like nsp (National scholarship) Mcm scholarship etc

Campus Life :

Yeah ! IIT GUWAHATI Is most beautiful campus with best infrastructure with beautiful nature sorrounded by hills. ALCHERINGA, TECHNICHE are the biggest annual fest in North East India. This campus provide one of best library in India . Moreover higher authorities encourages Clubs / sports activities.

Hostel Facilities :

For 1st year we have to stay two in a room from 2nd year on wards we get single room as well . Meal quantity / quality has no words they provide healthy & hygienic food . After allotment of seat campus. Authorities provide you a hostel with room . My hostel is umaim

Hostel Fee : INR 33000 per year

Admission :

ST category cutoff for EEE Dept was 329 - 420 Application will filled through joosa website We have to put more efforts to secure seat in IITs . Compare to jee mains Jee advance quit lengthy and tricky .

Faculty members are the best part of the college.

Placement Experience:

Almost 60% of students got placed in our course. The highest was 7 LPA, the lowest was 3.5 LPA and the average is around 5 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Vodafone, Jio etc. Our college provides better placements compared to other private colleges.

I've been enthusiastic about exploring more about software and programming which influenced me to choose the course of Computer Science Engineering. With further development of artificial intelligence, it opens up better learning and job opportunities for students. In my university, computer science is taught by experienced teachers and faculty but it would be better if they were more inclusive of certain topics which are extremely important for the students and raising the level of teaching including practical learning and understanding and also examining the student's capability is one of the aspects to be included.
