The culture here was the best part. Very friendly environment.
The societies here have a lot to offer for a persons development.

There could be very much to nothing to dislike about IIT Guwahati.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The curriculum is designed to be in favour of students. The course allows flexibility to acess interdisciplinary courses. The difficulty level of this course can vary from medium to hard, depending on some of the subjects.

Class Size : 65Course Fees : INR 200000 per year

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The tution fees for each semester is 1 lakh rupees and there are other charges along which we have our mess fees which sums up the entire fees for a semester to be approximately 1.4 lakh rupees, there are some charges which are fixed.

Campus Life :

There are many events frequently being organized at IIT Guwahati. We have our annual cultural fest called alcheringa which is one of the largest event in this region, it is held in the month of january. Along with it we have the Tech Fest which is Techniche, which is one of the Asia's largest Techno Management Fest.

Admission :

to be eligible for Btech in Mathematics and computing at IIT Guwahati, candidates must have qualified JEE Advanced and admission is done through the JOSAA. The application form is released after the final result for Jee mains and the seat allocation process begins after the Jee Advanced result.

Faculty members are the best part of the college.

Placement Experience:

Almost 60% of students got placed in our course. The highest was 7 LPA, the lowest was 3.5 LPA and the average is around 5 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Vodafone, Jio etc. Our college provides better placements compared to other private colleges.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I've been enthusiastic about exploring more about software and programming which influenced me to choose the course of Computer Science Engineering. With further development of artificial intelligence, it opens up better learning and job opportunities for students. In my university, computer science is taught by experienced teachers and faculty but it would be better if they were more inclusive of certain topics which are extremely important for the students and raising the level of teaching including practical learning and understanding and also examining the student's capability is one of the aspects to be included.
