Good infrastructure and big campus surrounded by long green tree
24*7 library is open for students , so that students can prepare for civil service examination.

Shortage of water in big hostel during weekends .

Course Curriculum Overview :

In semester two exams are conducted mid-semester 30 marks and end-semester 50 marks respectively. All faculties are well qualified. A future application-oriented workshop will be held in a month. Many projects is done by graduate students.

Class Size : 60Course Fees : INR 12000 per year

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Semester registration fee Rs.5500 Hostel and mes fee per semester Rs.6500 Scholarship is provided to SC/ST students. Stipends are given to the master program students. Gate qualified students get 12000 per semester.

Campus Life :

Many clubs like sports club,music club,dancing club,media club,..etc. Three main big college events- RACAF college annual fest. SYNERGY college sports event. SHRISTI college tech fest. 24*7 library facility is available. Many books are in the library.

Admission :

Three entrance exams are conducted by NERIST. NEE 1 for 10th standards NEE 2 for 12th standards NEE 3 for diploma students SC/ST students get scholarship given by its own state government. No scholarship is given by Arunachal pradesh government .

Placement Experience:

Placements of my college is average, as the location is remote only a limited number of companies visit for placement. - From seventh sem students become eligible for campus placements. - The highest package offered till now for on campus is 19lpa by C-Dot and average package is 8lpa. - Students getting placed differs from branch to branch , in cse almost every students gets placed who are eligible. - Also i am planning for M.tech if i do not get a good placement.

NIT Arunachal Pradesh - An Honest Overview

Placement Experience:

From 7th Semester students are eligible for campus placements if they dont have a backlog as many companies do not allow arrays in the semester. The companies visited are Deloitte , Alstom , HCL , TCS etc. Almost 100 percent students are placed in my college I would join an MNC after getting a degree

The placements are good so far and every year at least 80% of students get placed and the companies that come to give placements are mostly core companies. The average package every year is 8LPA. So I do have a plan to sit on placement.

Remarks:

It is the best technical College in our state and the course I took was good for developments in our state as it is an agriculture based state. Students from various parts of North East come here through entrance. Seats are there for all India students too.So NERIST is full of diversity in culture,caste and race.It provides B.tech,B.sc,MBA, M.tech,M.sc,P.hd program.The course I took was Agricultural Engineering.It was a much needed course in our state which directly depended its economy in agriculture.
