I really liked the natural view in college.Our college is like heaven for us.
We have separate canteen in all hotels and most famous canteen is Lohit Canteen.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

As an IIT Guwahati student, the tuition fee per semester is typically around Rs. 1 lakh. Additionally, other fees, including hostel charges, mess fees, and various facility charges, amount to approximately Rs. 30,000 per semester. These figures may vary slightly from year to year and are subject to periodic revisions by the institute.

Campus Life :

The campus hosts several annual events that bring together students from across the country. "Alcheringa," the cultural festival held in February, showcases a diverse range of artistic performances, including music, dance, theater, and art exhibitions. "Techniche," the technical festival held in September, provides a platform for students to showcase their innovative projects The library at IIT Guwahati boasts an extensive collection of books, journals, and electronic resources. With its modern infrastructure.

Admission :

Candidates need to clear JEE Main first and meet specific eligibility criteria. Application happens online, with candidates providing personal and academic details along with relevant documents. Crisp college experience

Placement Experience:

Placements in this college is quite decent . Students are eligible to sit for placements at the start of 4th year The average placement percentage was 90 percent last year with max package of 52lpa and average of 16lpa (for cs) .Among core branches , the mech department is quite good offers good packages and also have great faculties .

Faculty members are the best part of the college.

Placement Experience:

Almost 60% of students got placed in our course. The highest was 7 LPA, the lowest was 3.5 LPA and the average is around 5 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Vodafone, Jio etc. Our college provides better placements compared to other private colleges.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I've been enthusiastic about exploring more about software and programming which influenced me to choose the course of Computer Science Engineering. With further development of artificial intelligence, it opens up better learning and job opportunities for students. In my university, computer science is taught by experienced teachers and faculty but it would be better if they were more inclusive of certain topics which are extremely important for the students and raising the level of teaching including practical learning and understanding and also examining the student's capability is one of the aspects to be included.
