Campus life is awesome. We got a pretty huge campus to roam around.
The faculty is best here.We got to learn many new things from them.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I chose Electronics and Communication Engineering because I am interested in this subject and I want to explore more in the field.The faculty:student ratio is 1:7 .The faculty is more talented their qualification is phD and M.Tech in most prestigious colleges. They taught very well.one sem duration is 4 months.2 months after the sem starting we will be having mid sems.It pretty easy to pass the exams if we are attentive in the class and study well

Class Size : 81Course Fees : INR 100000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

Companies that offered internships are Microsoft,BNY mellon,American express,qualcomm etc.They offered both software and hardware roles with minimum stipend of 60k per month.projects are based in roles.

Placement Experience :

4th year students are eligible for placements. companies like Microsoft,oracle etc with 1326 job offers. Highest is 52 lpa, average is 15lpa. More than 97% of batch got placed.Most people are placed now.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

For general students,the fees for the first year of B.Tech is 1.78 lakes.The total tuition fee for B.Tech courses ranges from INR 5 lakhs to INR 6.25 lakhs.Actually parents annual income is above 5 lakes,so I am not eligible for any scholarship

Campus Life :

We are having 4 fests a year.They are:- Cosmopolitan-The ethnic fest in the month of January Nitrutsav-The literature and cultural fest in the month of March Vriddhi-The sports fest in the month of october Innovision-The technical fest in the November We have all types of books related to academics in our library We have AC classrooms. We have various courts for different sports like basket ball,cricket,Badminton etc. We have good club culture here like technical clubs and cultural clubs namely 3D,Drill and Bass,Ritvic etc

Hostel Facilities :

We have a 2 seater rooms in kms.We havecupboards , 2 study tables ,2 chairs and lan ports.Cleanliness is maintained .We have both veg and non-veg,Meal quality is also good and tasty here.On Sunday we have some special items like ice cream, it costs around 5000 per semester and 10000 per year.

Hostel Fee : INR 25000 per year

Admission :

Admission Process: The JEE Main admission process involves several stages: Candidates must have passed their 10+2 examination or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects. The minimum aggregate score required varies, and candidates should check the official notification for specific eligibility criteria. The JEE Main exam is conducted in two papers – Paper 1 for B.E./B.Tech courses and Paper 2 for B.Arch and B.Planning. The exam consists of multiple-choice questions and numerical questions, testing the candidates' knowledge in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. The application form for JEE Main is available online on the official website of the National Testing Agency (NTA), the conducting body for JEE Main. Candidates need to fill in their personal details, academic information, and choose the preferred exam centers. The application fee can be paid online through various modes. application fee varies for different categories and number of papers selected

According to seniors , placements are good and decent comparing to other nits . After 6 semester , company are hiring for placements . Many companies has visited more than enough . Highest package I seen in 23 is 1.12 CR in rubrik from senior . My plans after degree is doing sde job at company.

KIIT- The Real Truth Of College

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is similar to all the colleges. but the extra curricular facilities provided by the college, differen societies present in differen domain will help you in growing your skills and knowledge in your sector. College keep organising tech fest, alumini meet, and global awareness meeting to keep the students up to date with present world. Course curriculum can be improved, I personally think, many new elective subjects are added which are not beneficial for my stream CSE.And the attendace is very compulsury for getting ood marks. Smart Boards and White Board teaching ares used which depends on teacher's choice. There is normally two exams in a semester , midsem of 20 marks in time 1hr 30 min, and endsem exam of 50 marks in 3 hr, and the rest marks depend on subject faculty. Mostly examination level is normal , if you are good student you can cover the syllabus in 1 week before exam.

Good facilities that needs to be grabbed.

Placement Experience:

The placement scenario for now it not that good. There is regression going on so the companies aren't taking that many students. From the 3rd year you are eligible for placements. 450 companies came this year for placements making 5200 job offers. The highest placement this year was 63 lacs by Yugabyte. Average CTC is 8.5 lacs in all streams. Mass recruiters like Accenture, Cognizant, Capgemini, Mindtree, Bosch, Ericsson, IBM etc. Many other notable companies that visited are Bain & Company, CME group, DE shaw & co, JP Morgan Chase etc. According to kiit website, 90% students are placed. 2100 students also got internships via capstone route. My plans after getting the degree is to do a job for some years and then after getting some experience I want to do a startup.
