Course Curriculum Overview

Placement at Master level is best in ASI across country except few like ISI Msat, IIsc CDS and CMI Data Science Faculty to Student Ratio is 1:15 around Faculty is top notch, best in feild, but few of them are not good lecturers Exams are always on time, schedule is defined by insti.. Its not difficult to pass but It takes hell amount of effort to get good grades, In exam week dont expect sleep of more than 3-4 hours and you will have to skip few.

Internships Opportunities

Alot of companies keeps coming around the year to offer you internship can offer you stipend anywhere from 30k to 6lakhs permonth depend on role and location. Task are company and role specific. So pehle istemal kare fir vishwas kare.

Placement Experience

Placements you get in pre-final sem. Google, Microsoft, Worldquant, janestreet, accenture, citi, HSBC etc etc more than 500 company visits. Higest was 4Cr last year, avg would be around 15-16 LPA more than 97 percent get the placement from my dept. I will be going to corporate.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees is not matter, ROI is really good. You can get loan from Alumni fund at 0% intrest. Scholarship are MCM and few other if your among top 3 department rank There are no jobs on campus with our course but you can get in touch with innovation centre.

Campus Life

I would say, No Campus in India will give you better campus life than IITB, full marks here. Main Fest: MOOD INDIGO : 28-31 Dec Techfest : Mid Dec E-Summit : Jan-End and all lot of fest and event across year.

Admission

My Bachelor Degree in GRAD will make you eligible On IIT - JAM websitel, application fees was 1500 and application open in first week of Oct Reservation are usual like every where, you can find it on brochure you will find on website of JAM I think there would be two round like JEE to get rid of few, final - subjective. Like in ISI Mstat.

From the third year of bachelor's degree and last year of post graduation placementors are comes to offer you jobs as per your qualification. One of my college student got placed in google with 43 LPA package , many more companies like lupin, cipla , vedanta , wipro etc. Are the most likely placements students love. 90 percent of students got the jobs from placents , and remaining students prevfers civil services and government exams to make career in. If anyone not got placed then college look forward to deal with local companies if students agreed with it they gets placed . After my degree if company gives me the best package I am looking for I would join the company.

Life at IIT Bombay : In and Out

I applied for other iit's also but choose to stick with iit bombay because of the amount of resources , clubs , tech teams and the professors here. I did get rejected from iiit hyderabad which has a separate entrance exam , it is mainly because I was underprepared The addmission process for my college is through jee mains followed by advanced Jee main percentile should be above 94 for qualifying for advance and to choose my course you advance rank should be below 2200...Read More

For addmission in IIT Bombay, u need to clear JEE advanced. Irrespective of branch for general male maximum rank is around 3.5k for general female it is around 6k. To get admission in IIT we have to give two exams. The first one is JEE main whose application form genrally start in Mid-December. After qualifying Jee mains which happen in two shift (January and April) you have to register for Jee Advanced whose registration starts from the next day once the jee mains result are out.
