Course Curriculum Overview :

The course curriculum is very wide which sometimes stresses me but the professors are very good some of them have studied abroad like Sweden and denmark the exams were helpful very timely and were not that hard to pass

Class Size : 142Course Fees : INR 250000 per year

Placement Experience :

This year the overall average package was 18LPA while the avg package for CSE was 29LPA and for MnC was like 31LPA all the major MnCs visit here like Microsoft, Goldman sacs and all also, the college is the best college you will find for the earth science branches as it is ranked 7th in the QS world university ranking sono worries for the not circuital branches

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fee is like 2.5 lakhs a month but the scholarship programme is very good you can get a scholarship easily if your family income is less than 1lakh per year then 100 per cent of the tuition fee is off and if your family income is between 1 lank and 5 lakh then 2/3rd of your tuition fee is waived

Campus Life :

The campus life is very vibrant and good we get some or the other events every 2 weeks from any clubs and all The library facility is very good we have Asia's 2nd biggest technical library on campus sports facility are good we have every sports facility and the coaches are good too like our street dance club We The Crew on Instagram you can see them

Hostel Facilities :

the first second and the third years are having double sharing room while the final years are having single room the rooms are furnished you will get besically all the necessity you want from start only so no problem

Hostel Fee : INR 30000 per year

Admission :

I gave JEE mains with 98.9 percentile then jee advanced where I got a 10k rank which allowed me admission to this institute JEE Mains is a nation-based exam held every year where you get 2 attempts and the best of the two attempts is counted I think the admission process is very fair

AMITY - A perfect path providers for the tech beginners

Placement Experience:

As a student of the 4th year program, one can be eligible for placements after 6th sem or by passing 3rd year and after 4th sem/2nd year, students of 3rd year program are eligible for placement processes. almost 150 companies had visited this year and around 500 students are placed in many companies like cognizant, byjus, TCS, Deloitte etc. maximum package offered is 11 LPA and the average package is around 3.5-4 LPA. on a personal note, I want to pursue MTech after BTech, so for me, these placement record somehow not matters but if someone wants to go for higher studies, this college is best suited for them as because it provides all necessary things by which you can easily get into top IIITs.

Honest Review of BIT Sindri through a BITian

Placement Experience:

In BIT Sindri, placements are good. In my college students are eligible from 3rd year to sit on-campus placement. They can also go for internships from the first year itself. Around 50+ companies visited in the year 2020. This is a little bit less due to covid 19. Some of the companies that visit regularly are Tata Steel, Vedanta, Aditya Birla group, TCS, TCS digital, Ericsson, etc. Highest package is 13 lakhs p.a being offered by Tata steel and the average package is around 6 lakhs p.a. Here around 50 to 60 percent of students are placed each year. In 2024 I will get my degree. My future plans are that I will give GATE exam. I want to be in under 100 rank so that I could get a job in PSUs or get MTech admission in IITs.

Remarks:

Faculty is good and the course curriculum is also good.every possible help is provided by the college.Teaching quality and lab are all good.One thing bad is that we don't have our own permanent campus. The college is running in 3 diffrent rented buildings.
