Senior Junior culture of our college. Here after interaction in first year you always have your seniors for helping you in everything
There are so many societies and Student activity center for Cultural like Dramatics, Dance, Music almost everything.

You may dislike the location of college i.e. Dhanbad. Like there are almost nothing to visit rather than our college.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Course curriculum is same as in all IIT colleges.No difference. Frequency of exams as j mentioned earlier mainly 2 exams mid semester and end semester. So mid semester happens after 1.5 months of starting semester and in last month of semester there are end semester examinations.

Class Size : 140Course Fees : INR 200000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

As I mentioned earlier, all the good famous companies like google, Microsoft, Goldman,uber , Amazon etc. hired interns and full times both for sde profile and data scientist also. For core , texas, nividia, ongc , vedanta etc. There are companies also for analyst roles.

Placement Experience :

There are a dedicated placement cell named as SCPT. This placement cell includes some professors and students to approach companies for visiting our campus for hiring. All big companies like google, Microsoft, Amazon, Goldman etc. visits campus every year for both internship and placements. Also core branches companies like texas , nividia etc visits college.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

A. One-time charges - 13400 B. Annual charges including (For student Gymkhana, student insurance, Hostel management fund etc) - 10050 C. Other semester charges (Medical fee, sport, hostel seat rent, water charges, semester registration fee, examination fee, library fee, computer and internet charges, electricity and maintenance etc) - 8400 D. Semester Tuition fee - 100000 Above A, B and C are for all category students and D is only for Gen and OBC. Fee for Gen /OBC - 1st semester - 1,31,850 3rd,5th and 7th - 1,18,450 2nd,4th, 6th and 8th - 1,08,400 For the other cast - subtract 1lac from above. Other than this 18,000 hostel fee is required to be paid by everyone.

Campus Life :

The campus life is best. There are so many fests. Starting from concetto (tech fest), then Srijan ( cult fest), parikrama (sports fest), and Basant(Alumini meet). Star Nights in srijan is amazing. Also, there are so many societies for everything in cultural, technical and sports.

Hostel Facilities :

All facilities are there in the hostel. Water coolers, washrooms on each floor, in the room of tube light, bulb, fan, table and cupboard. Mess is also in the hostels. Meal quality varies but we can say average. Canteens are also there in every hostel.

Hostel Fee : INR 36000 per year

Admission :

This college is only alloted based on counseling by JOSAA . For this you have to clarify Jee Advanced and then based on your ranking and category cut offs you'll be alloted a college and course. So in JOSAA based on my rank in jee I got this college and branch.

Faculty :

The faculties of our college absolutely well knowledged. You can meet any faculty at there office rooms. Also after ending of every semester we have to submit feedback for every professor of current courses. There are 2 main exams in one semester that is mid semester and end semester. Other than this some quizzes or may be small assignments/projects depends on professor.

The average package is 16.98 LPA for this branch. Mostly the profiles for which companies visit this college is SDE and Developer. Companies visit for Data Science and ML-AI related roles but the number is less. Placement percentage in this branch is nearly 100%

Placement Experience:

from 7th sem students gets eligible for the placement.. the companies are isro , larsen and turbo , jaypee , adani , itc trebeni , avtec , acc , bharti infratel , blue star , ntpc , crompton , cummins and many other companies the placement percentage is around 61% in production and in cse the 75%,, my plans are doing job after the placement is to accumulate capital for few years and after that i want to start my own business..

Yes campus placement is offered Placements was nice in 2023 but, it 2024 due to recession it went downhill Talking about 2023 stats Around 130 offers Highest 83 lpa Average package was around 16-17 lpa Placement percentage - 85-90% In 2024 Total 50 offers Highest package 28 lpa Avg 9.2 lpa This year things are slightly getting better companies have visited and given offers to students some direct offers and some internships Internships are in the fourth year. My plan is to get a high paying job after 1-2 years of experience MBA from a reputed college if necesaary.

Yes placements are there but not as much as good than Top NITs/IITs. This colleges gives you double of the money which you will invest in your 4 yr of B.Tech. Mainly 80% of students get placed with 8.5Lpa average ctc and get upto 55Lpa if you manages to crack MNCs for tech.

I have a huge interest in the field of technology that's why I selected engineering. The ratio of faculty and students is nearly the same bcoz my College is a newly open College. No doubt the faculties r well qualified and even their teaching method is also very easy. After every 6 months, the external exam was conducted and it is not soo tuff to pass.
