Remarks :
Faculty is good and the course curriculum is also good.every possible help is provided by the college.Teaching quality and lab are all good.One thing bad is that we don't have our own permanent campus. The college is running in 3 diffrent rented buildings.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course is very beautifully designed. In first two semesters they teach papers which we have read in our school along with some computer related subjects. They also teach basics of law and economics. In second year mainly main subjects related to the course are taught.The syllabus covers all major topics from basics to advanced.A foreign language mostly French is also part of the curriculum.
Placement Experience :
Students of MBA have got placement last year.BCA students have also got placement opportunity but I don't have information about it.since this is the first batch of B.Tech of our college so we will sit for placement in coming semester. No it does not provide internship.
College Events :
Fresher's party,amiohoria the annual fest of amity,engineers day,science day,coding competition,blind coding competition,robo war,model making ,painting,skit,short film making.The college also organises sports competition and poetry,shayri etc.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
Fee structure is feasible for many students though there are some exceptions.My per semester fee varies from 63000 to 70000.Which amounts to 5 lakh for 4 year B.Tech course which is comparatively less than many colleges.
Fees and Financial Aid :
If a student gets more than 85 percent marks in his/her board exam then they will get 25 % deduction in first semester fee.If 90 to 95 % then 50 % and above 95 100 % scholarship.If a student comes in top 5 % in the semester exams the also they get 50 % scholarship.
Campus Life :
We have 3 computer lab, CAD lab.chemistry lab , mechanical lab, electronics lab,bio lab,Masscom lab Since we don't have permanent campus that's why we go to nearby playground for sports activity.college provides sports equipment.
Alumni/Alumna :
Amity has a wide almni network.Since it has many campuses so the alumni network is large.More than 100000 alumni works across the country.Senior students of our college are helpful. MBA and MCA students are also caring. Since this is the first batch so I don't have any senior from engineering.
Admission :
I got admission based on my 12 th board exam result.If someone gets less than 75 percent in board exam then he has to appear for an entrance exam followed by interview. Then merit list is declared and they communicate with students via phone or email.
Faculty :
Faculties are experienced and they have vast knowledge of their field.They teach very nicely.faculties are polite and they help in research work and project work. They are always available to help the students.
