The institute Coding Culture is quite great here.
The sports culture is amazing.The central gym is good.

Dislikes

A few days I experienced the mess food quality was low.
I first year students are alloted triple sharing rooms.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I choose this course because at my Rank it was the only better option for me to go to a better college. The faculty-student ratio is quite good here. All the exams are held timely over here and the difficulty level is average. Anyone can pass the exams quite an easy way.

Class Size : 28Course Fees : INR 270000 per year

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The cost to study is a little bit higher side but economically weaker students get a fee waiver which is quite helpful. And a lot of other scholarships are provided to students, such as there is a James Thomson scholarship by which students whose rank is under 250 in Jee Advance get Rs.25000 per month for 10 months every year during their entire course.

Campus Life :

The annual cultural fest is Thomso which is held in October every year and the annual tech fest is Cognizance which is held in March every year. The library here is quite big and anyone can find the book of their need. The campus has a great sporting culture as this 2022 sports meet IIT Roorkee was the winner of the combined General Champion.

Hostel Facilities :

For each and every student a bed, a table and a chair are provided by the hostel. Internet speed is quite good here and the lan cables are also provided by the hostel too. The food is nice, I would rate it 7 out of 10.

Hostel Fee : INR 65000 per year

Admission :

I am Nikhil Bhaskar, studying at IIT Roorkee BSMS Chemical Sciences. I have done my jee preparation from Kota. My home state is Bihar and I belong to Saran district. I had a high interest in physics during my Jee days and that led me to IIT Roorkee.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have interest in mathematics subject so I decided to do postgraduatuon in maths I choosed this college because of fee is very reasonable and less. Curriculum is good teachers are also good. There 4 semester in this 2 years course and exam is not so tough.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The biotechnology department of GEU has impressive achivements. The labs are designed according to biosafety level (BSL) guidelines. All necessary safety measures are taken in labs which help students to perform there research work safely. Class test happens frequently within the gap of not more than 15 days. Mid semester happen after exact two months of start of course.

Placement Experience:

From last year students are eligible for campus placements Azim Premji Foundation and Arora aromatics pvt Ltd. Avg package is about 3-4 lpa Percentage of students getting placed is comparatively less In my opinion if you're doing master's with subject like chemistry which has wide research aspects you should definitely opt for CSIR NET and GATE exams as your choices
