None that I know about bad but there should be a tandem in your life.

Entrance Preview :

1. Better ROI (Fees - 9 lakhs, Avg Placement - 10lpa) IIT Tag - One of the best institutions in the country. NIRF Rank 2018 - 9th Best Professors The ambiance is Obviously awesome. Knowledge and Research-oriented A coherence in theory and Practical. Maximum exposure and Around the Nation competition participation.

Course Curriculum Overview :

One of the best in the country. The pedagogy is finest with the teachers who have experience of more than average of 10yrs combined. The course is designed to keep the industry in the loop and regular updation is there to keep it up to date. The exposure of theory and practice is reflected.

Internships Opportunities :

Yes. It does. The best of companies are called for internships. A student is to get somewhere near avg stipend of 20-25 thousand.

Placement Experience :

The placements are best in terms of ROI. Fee is 9 lakhs and avg ROI is 10lpa. The ROI is 100+%. Few of the companies which are regular recruiter are - ICICI Bank, Amazon, Bristlecone, KPMg, Dunhummby, Swadhar MFI, and other many more which are best from the globe,

College Events :

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Feasible. ROI as already mentioned is 100%. You get to spend around 9 lakhs and avg Placement is 10lpa. Companies coming to campus are pretty good. Already mentioned as ICICI bank. Swadhar, kpmg, dun hummby, securities, and others are prominent companies visiting.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Scholarship and other facilities are available but I don’t avail any. There is criteria to be eligible for the same.

Campus Life :

All great. This is something where you get the maximum exposure. Round the year activities of cca and other academic opportunities are available and you can hone your skills and talents in that way. All you need is the right set of attitudes and will to participate.

Hostel Facilities :

The hostel is friendly and the food is also good. Recently there have been activities going on in hostels. Every hostel is named a Bhawan. I was in Ganga Bhawan. Others are Ravindra and Cautley. The hostels are separate for boys and girls. We have the freedom to roam and go anywhere.

External Expense : Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna :

Being the best of the bests and the oldest, IIT Roorkee has the highest number of albums around the globe. You have a friend everywhere.

Exam Structure :

The exam structure is based on the semester system and of which in every semester you get to Mid Term and End Term. The exam is focused on theory and practical taught while at that time. End term is the culmination of th knowledge taught and adhered to while during that time.

Admission :

CAT,Cut off - 94%ile - Tentative (General Candidate) First Candidates are shortlisted on the basis of their CAT score. Once the candidate is called for an interview, then the process is cut in CAT score, GD-PI score, and finally, some weightage of Gender and Experience is alloted.

Faculty :

The faculties already mentioned are pooled through HRD interviews and then college. The avg experience of teachers is 8+ yrs. you get to learn from the best. They are not only well versed in theory but practical too with their exposure to consulting and other things.

Placement Experience:

The campus does provide placement opportunities for the students. For MBA students from the 3rd sem become eligible for sitting in placements. Companies for finance, marketing, and HR specialization frequently conduct placement drives on the campus. However, for Business Analytics the frequency is less compared to others.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:

Fee structure is all about the course will take around 4-5 lakh for the 2 year means approx 1lakh per semester. Scholarships is provided according to the percentage what we have done for master's they see bachelor's percentage and for bachelor's degree they see percentage of 12 according to that they provide scholarship. And always They give discount if u are from Uttarakhand means your domicile should be of Uttarakhand.

Overall positive learning and environment is great

Placement Experience:

Last semester students are eligible for placement There is a third party company namely selibi who is outsourcing employees to airlines or airports and placement are happening directly from the airlines or airports. Package 2.5 lakh average to the students of bachelor as well as masters in aviation. Profiles are executives,etc 50 to 70% students get placed every year.. Plans are to do job on airport and become a manager of aviation sector.

On campus placement is mode according to me in my college. For a cse student decent companies recuirt with a average package around 10 lack for cse ones. Almost 75 percent student placed in my year and 75-80 was the average for college.highest package was around 35 lacs

Review about overall experience in Doon Business School

Placement Experience:

There was good placements opportunities mainly for the marketing students but mostly it was only with the sales profiles and lesser packages and there were no such core finance jobs for the finance domain students there were no such opportunities for the hr students too.
