Remarks :

B.Tech from an IIT was my aim since I started preparing for JEE advanced. IIT Delhi is ranked 3rd by NIRF in 2021. I filled my application fee online and paid a fee of Rs. 2800 during the submission of the form. You need to sit for the counselling round as well after submitting your scores to the institute. I don't think any reason is required as to why i applied here since the name "IIT" pretty much defines itself.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The program consists of 276 credits. There are in total 10 semesters covered over four years. I learned a lot of practical skills taught by the professors. It was ensured that class size should remain uniform in the entire institute to ensure excellent learning of the students. Professors held their respective PhDs in their domains. Teaching methods consisted of 80% practicals and 20% theory part.

Course Fees : INR 228000 per year

Placement Experience :

Placements here at IIT are a dream come true. In my batch, 475 students got placed in companies. IITB-PCAT is a standardized test, designed to minimize the number of aptitude tests conducted by the recruiting companies which one has to sit for before the start of the placements. The highest CTC went above Rs. 16 LPA. PPO (Pre-placement offer) was 131, one of the highest to date. I also got placed in an MNC with a great CTC.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Rs. 9.12 lakhs is to be paid as fees for the entire period of four years. I applied for the scholarship based on merit since I had a good score in JEE advanced. My performance was marked each semester to ensure the accuracy of the decision of the scholarship. One can also apply in the bank or any other financial institution and avail of a loan with little mortgage/interest on the amount.

Campus Life :

There are more than 10 clubs in IIT and each of them is known for its activities and events. I was part of The Mountaineering Club since I love mountains since my childhood. We use to go on treks, trips and had ample enjoyment. I also made many friends through these trips only. I loved the campus life. The infrastructure of the campus is also great and modern. Wifi is present on the entire campus.

From 7 semester the students are allowed to sit in placements The companies like TCs And capegeminis is common for mass recruitment and new companies like Accenture also visisted And total 200+ offers were made in placements Highest package this year was 21 lakhs in IT sector and the average package is 3-4 lakhs. Only 60% students get placed. I am going to do business after graduation as i dont trust college as it would give me placement

Our beautiful College

Placement Experience:

From the third-year sixth semester our college taking campus placement or internship programs. In the past, our college has got an average of 4 LPA packages and the highest 12 or 14 LPA packages. There are so many companies like TCS, COGNIGENT, WIPRO, etc. Our College gives 95-98% placement in engineering. My plan is to do a job in a data scientist post in the company and give my best to that company that's all.

Is RMD Sinhgad School of Engineering a good place for seeking admission

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements in their last year. There are many good companies that come and take part in the placement drives. Companies like TCS, Wipro, Accenture, Capgemini etc. come here for placements. The highest package in my understanding was about 30 lakhs as studied and searched by me. Many students secure packages above 3.5 lakhs in our college. About 90% of students get placed through the drives. My plan is also to take a good job from placement and then do my masters.

Last year students gets the chance for placements. many companies came here to offer jobs for students. ex.l&t,HC,etc. for cs there is highest package of 43 lakh. for civil average package of 6-7 lakh is there. around 75-80% students gets placed. My Engineering Life Review in this college

Admission:

I got admission through CAP Round as directed by AICTE and DTE, the process is of 3 rounds until you choose a college and finalize it. Admission dates for FE students start from around May-June period as college opens at around 15 July approx. And Students need to bring all documents attested and submit the original 10th- 12th documents in the college and after completing the graduation. He/She can collect the originals from the college after collecting LC from the college.
