Remarks :

I also applied for iit Bombay but did not get admissions as I do not qualify it's cutoff for the CS btech branch. I have one quota EWS which helps me to get a scholarship from the college. Iit Delhi takes admissions on the basis of her advance marks, student should qualify its cutoff to get admissions in it. Counseling is very easy after qualifying iit advance iit Delhi charged 30000 for counseling.

Course Curriculum Overview :

As we know iit Delhi is one of the top colleges in our country and it is a dream college because it provides students great opportunities for doing anything. Faculties are best and very friendly but also strict. They care about students very much and help the curious student to grow. The student ratio is almost 5:1. Faculties are well qualified from top universities and colleges some are from also mit. Their teaching methods are definitely very different and best they have many ideas and ways to solve different problems. There are different types of exams taken that students may give. Something exams are taken an alternative week. But make the exam is taken after 6 months which is called semester. It's not much different but also not much easier but students can pass easily if he/she taking classes daily.

Internships Opportunities :

Many top companies like Microsoft l, apple, Amazon offers internship to many talented student and more then 400 students get an internship during my times in iit delhi. Firstly they offer small roles during internship but after seeing student performance they upgrade their roles and also gives foreign tours. Many projects given to student on the basis of their intrest like making of website, different ideas for growth of company and many more . During this phase companies also pre placed student if they get impressed by their performance. Also some large project like making and upgration of app given to students.

Placement Experience :

From the fourth semester, ie 2nd years student get pre-placed by different companies after their personal internship. More then 600 company visited and 12,00 plus offers for students. iit Delhi usually broken it's own recoy in placement and about 85% students get easily placed by different national and international companies. Companies like apple, Facebook, dell, paytm, Amazon , HP, Bajaj , Adobe etc visit. About more then 85% placed easily. Working in the company after taking a degree and also doing extra curriculum activities as hobbies which is also a great source of income.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Fees of iit Delhi for btech is almost 107500. But many students get scholarship on the basis of their performance and financial certificate. The scholarship is also given so the basis of merit-cum-means(MCM) scholarship under graduate student in engineering. The present value of mcm scholarship are 1000 for gen/obc/ews student. Scholarship are also given on the basis of acedemic performance through cgpa. I got a job in Amazon as a employee in iit Delhi placement.

Campus Life :

All the books are available in the college library and also if any books not available then they take the book in the library for students need. Journals are also available in all different languages for all students. All the amenities are available in the classroom and students can take lectures comfortably. Obviously, all the sports and extra curriculum activities are available in the campus and many students repay our country at the international level with these activities. There are many clubs for students like Dance club, fine art club, Hindi sameti, music club, Quizzing clubs.

Small campus but great opportunities.

Placement Experience:

The placements can happen in 3rd year too but mostly in 4th year. Most of the placements is by mass recruiter companies like TCS. Percentage of overall students getting placements would be approx 60% since most don't hit the CGPA requirement (approx because this data is not public). The highest placement was by Microsoft, Amazon and others, 52 LPA, 45 LPA, 44 LPA, though these were off campus. My plans would be to build my resume in the 2nd, 3rd, 4th college years and then get the degree issued by Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.

Delhi Technological University Good/Bad? Let's check this out!!

Placement Experience:

Placements are good in my college especially for cs/it and se packages are great. Core companies are less comparatively but there is also good no. of jobs. Top recruiters are Google, Samsung, epic, cisco, Microsoft, IOCL, BHEL, IAF, Indian Navy. During this pandemic visiting companies are less like google didn't come for placements. In software branches, 95-97 percent of students are easily placed. Core branches are on the weaker side in this college. Around 450 companies come every year for placements and internships and easily 700-800 students get jobs. The highest package offered was around 45 lakhs and the average was 12 lakhs. I plan to get a job at the college itself.

Placement Experience:

After the 6th-semester student is eligible to take a participant in campus placement. There are various companies are comes for the placement but there are quite small. One big company Maruti Suzuki come here for placement which is the most highlighting. The highest package is 8 lpa and the average is around 3-4 LPA. After getting 70% you are eligible to participate in every company. I am prepared for software companies.

Remarks:

It is among the top 4 colleges of Delhi. It is a govt college. The on campus placemente are great, with an average package of 12 lacks. The faculty is great. The environment, u name the society we have it in our college, and all of them are well known and have performed really well.

Placement Experience:

IGDTUW has good placements with companies like Accenture, Nestle, Uber, Tata Motors, TCS, Expedia, Dell, and Cisco visiting the campus. The placement records show that the institute is growing every year. In the year2019, the25companies visited the campus which recruited342students in including all the courses offered. The highest salary was recorded to be16 LPAin BTech and15 LPAin MTech.

Remarks:

The Placement of our university is commendable with our students placed at big tech companies like Microsoft, Goldmann Sachs, IBM, Amazon, Flipkart. Also situated in the heart of old Delhi, we have quite good campus life. The faculty here is highly qualified and experienced, being graduates of colleges and universities like DTU, IITs etc. Being an all girls University, it is the most popular choice for the companies to hire women tech force for their companies offering them respectable salary packages. The average salary packages offered here is approx 11 lacs.
