Remarks :

My Overall experience of this college is nice. I have made some great memories and friends here. The crowd that comes here is well groomed but it's still on every individual as to what kind of people they seek to be with. College's connectivity with places is very good. The college is just 4-5 metro stations away from major hangout places like CP, GTB nagar and NSP.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Course curriculum prescribed by the university is nice. Two internal exams are conducted and one external per semester making them adequate yet not very hectic. Labs and daily schedule was much like school having periods of 7 per day, with one lab of two periods almost every day.

Placement Experience :

Placements and job opportunities are there for atleast IT branch. Some companies are invited to the college campus and for some we have to go to the university campus where we are provided with equal opportunities. I am in 4th year and I keeo getting mails from the Placement cell avout the companies visiting and opportunities are ample for those who deserve. The average package offered is 3-4 lpa.

College Events :

There is a technical fest organised by the college, one cultural fest that lasts for about 3 days, alumini meet, freshers party and farewell. There is one university fest also that lasts for 2-3 days and all the colleges of GGSIPU are invited to the university campus.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Fee struture is feasible. It is worth the facilities given in the college. From study material, labs, canteen, playground to Teacher's guidance. The only bad factor is the college location. It is at 0 pusta of Shastri park which is not a very good place. Though it is near Shastri park metro station and kashmere gate Metro Station so accessibility is fine but the locality is far from posh.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

I don't know of any. Also I think the fees is pretty affordable so one doesn't need scholarship. If you're interested then you may find this out directly from the college premises or their official website.

Campus Life :

Extra curricular activities are provided. There is a Sports meet organized by the college that attracts guets like PV Sindhu. It takes place in the month of February for 3-4 days and many other colleges are also invited to participate.

Hostel Facilities :

Hostel is not there as majority students belong to Delhi, ghaziabad, noida, gurgaon and faridabad. Also it's near the metro station so college is in good reach. If someone needs a hostel then there are plenty of pgs near the college campus.

External Expense : Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna :

The college senior and junior interaction is not very easy to find in the college campus. I believe college not having a hostel is the reason for it but there is definitely no ragging in the college campus. College has strict rules for it.

Admission :

I gave an entrance examination called IPUCET and then I got the rank required for this college and IT branch. Then I reported to the university campus and got the registration done. Then I reported the college to finish the admission process.

Faculty :

Faculty is well groomed and qualified. They provide us with notes of every unit of every subject. If we need some extra guidance apart from the classes then they are always there to guide and help. Overall they leave no issue unhandled from their side.

Placement Experience:

All the big Mncs and heavily paying firms come to our college . Most of then are open for every students. But some only open for top branches. Placement are best in iits but some students go for UPSC and other for MBA or higher studies , so the percentage drops.

The college placement record is superb. The placement was the main reason for me to be part of the college. The college management and placement committee work together to improve the placement quality and standards of the college. The college manages a record of 100% placements. My aunt was the teacher in this college and my jee rank was good so in my jee rank i got the best college and its fees is less so there was no prblm. And there is strictness for studies. The students should have 75%attendence.

Placement of this college is too good as avg is 11 lakh per annum so the college as the mass recruiters like infosis and amazon and flipkart and byjus come in our college to give job to our honourable students the avg income of mechanical student from mait is 20 lakh per annum
