Remarks :

No bad remarks. Little bit Bengali factor is there only this is bad. Otherwise is is awesome campus.

Entrance Preview :

I cleared GATE 2014 and I scored 60 marks out of 100 . Due to its placement and education scene I opt to study in this college.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I am studying RUBBER TECHNOLOGY here. It's contains some mechanical design and some parts contains rubber chemistry. Here is world known faculties are available with lot of knowledge.

Internships Opportunities :

I am doing my internship at Ceat Tires . And It odd awesome experience there to do internship. They are very helpful. They are having a very good R&D @ Vadodara.

Placement Experience :

Generally wherever you will do internship they will absorb you with good package. They will give you joining as GET and soon give a promotion ulti manager within a year.

College Events :

Kjitij and spring fest are two very famous technical and youth festival respectively happens each academic year. And many more other events like dinner fest and conferences happened.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

33000 RS Including academic fee, hostel fee, Mess fee, Exam fee, Internet fee, Student welfare fund. It is very minimum and bearable to even students coming from very poor background.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Yes. 12400 rs is provided to haste qualified students. And SBI will offer you scholor loan at very low interest rate.

Campus Life :

Hostel life ones lived here is unforgettable. Gym, football, tennis, badminton, table tennis, yoga, everything is here including swimming. One debate society is here to enhance your skills.

Hostel Facilities :

I will give four out of five stars to mess and hostel facility. Breakfast is awesome everyday , sometimes lunch is poor. Hostel is having geasure , washing machine, water purifier.

External Expense : Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna :

Alumni network is greatest in India. More word will make confuse you. Everywhere around globe you will find an IIT KGPian. And inside campus also many people will help you to connect with alumni network.

Exam Structure :

Two mid semester and two semester in each academic year. First half with pond mid term and then followed by a semester exams.

IIT is the dream of every Student.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Because I have done my b.tech in Agricultural Field.There is 5 faculties for 22 Students. Two Exams in each semester like mid term exam and semester end exam. All Faculties having minimum graduation like post doctoral.

Start of life at IIT Kharagpur

Placement Experience:

Placements of an IIT are always great. It is the first destination of some multi-national companies for recruitment. Our previous batch observed 1600 placement offers being made to the students including 35 international offers. Highest CTC went to Rs. 2.4 CPA. Sectors like software, Analytics, Consulting, Core Analytics, banking, finance made job offers. Barclay, Goldman Sachs, Honeywell, Microsoft, MasterCard, Dr. Reddy, Tata Steel, and many such others participated in the week.

Entrance Preview:

GATE, For computer science in PG course you have to opt min 500 score approximate for general category. Admission process is pretty simple science CCMT comes.

Admission:

I took this college in the NSR the last round, my score is 557 GEN, i am looking better college, but unfortunately in NSR round general seats are not vacant in many respectful colleges. You just fill the the CCMT account and whole process is online so you do not have to go anywhere for filling form.In that form you to fill the all eligible colleges and branches in the priority-wise. You can also checks the previous years cut-off marks for any colleges, based on that you can fill the choices. After that they notify some tentative dates for 1 st round counselling. If you got any college then you have to go for registered college for verification either you want to take that college or cancel that. You can wait for other rounds for better colleges .
