Remarks :

It is good for placements. The faculties are good and supporting. The practicals are good. It is the best institute in our area and it is in top 100 colleges of India. There are great alumni in this college. The faculties are from great institutes like IITs and NITs.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Madhumita Mahanta and Dr Dilip Sharma are the good faculty members of my college also Mam Ajanta Deka is from IIT Delhi and she takes Physics and the teachers explains the topic in an innovative manner and are always ready to serve.

Internships Opportunities :

No currently I haven't opted for any internship program.

Placement Experience :

Amazon Tcs IBM Wipro are some of the companies in which students get placed. Also companies like Capegemini APDCL Reliance Jio and other local companies hire the students of GIMT. There are few entrepreneur ship cell held

College Events :

The campus life was awesome we were given a lot of freedom. The technical, cultural, management festival like euphism is well celebrated here.Every student and faculty member had great participation. And finally it was a well fest ever seen

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Yes if a student has more than 90% in PCM in class 12 they give 100% waiver in tution fee and take other fee like electricity and other maintenance costs which is 12000 per semester of the student. If a student has more than 90% in PCM he or she can do engineering in just 1 lac in this college

Campus Life :

The infrastructure is good.It doesnt provide wifi, size of the library is about 3000 sqft area.Labs are well maintained.Sport facilities are not upto the mark and they don't encourage any sport activities except cricket

Hostel Facilities :

No I didn't opt for hostel. But the hostel is completely for non vegetarian students as they serve non veg food often and veg people may face problem here. The rooms are good and hygienic and students have a good amount of freedom

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose philosophy as my major course as I want to learn about the things we experienced and the way they are the curriculum prepares me well enough to overcome in my day-to-day life I haven't faced any need for improvement in the teaching method. Exams were indeed a difficult task as a student, we hardly had a week to prepare ourselves for the examination.

Course Curriculum Overview:

history is interlinked with all subjects. It describes the social formation, decision and mistakes that shapes the world. it gives moral values and mistakes that shouldn't be carried out again. The subject is very interesting and should be considered once.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I am truly satisfied with my selection of course and effect we have a smart biotech lab with all modern amenities which will help the students to practice lab work and carry out research works as well. Other than that exam timing is being decided by the university authority and it is perfectly dated for the student's ease

Course Curriculum Overview:

About the course curriculum, I still wonder why they have to put science subjects on the course curriculum of arts students. They would say it's a basic course but it is definitely not. Those arts students came there to learn their main subjects. I think it is unnecessary to put sc subjects there plus it is not basic. Otherwise the main subjects' curriculum is pretty well organised and planned.
