Remarks :

GIMT was the first private engineering college in Assam and the fee structure is low compared to other private engineering college.Also the faculty's were way to good and the facilities were up to mark.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course was updated one,in our branch that is electrical engineering the Professor's follow the two way teaching learning process also lab the work were great. The professor maintain a friendly with the students that bound was to ask our doubts.

Class Size : 15Course Fees : INR 45000 per year

Placement Experience :

In our campus interview many companies come for job interview also the placements were good. At present many of friends were doing their job at APDCL,as manager in banks and many of them were successful engineer at big companies. Few of them have started their startup,their own factory's and have been able to give employment to many new students. Recently I got to hear about my friend who have started his own industry paver blocks.

College Events :

When it comes to cultural festival the whole campus go crazy,the technical, cultural, management was way too good. Every year the administration of GIMT and the students organized a festival cum competition called Euphuism,many Bollywood singers and our Jollywood singers were invited to perform in the fest.

Arya vidyapeeth college life as a student

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose philosophy as my major course as I want to learn about the things we experienced and the way they are the curriculum prepares me well enough to overcome in my day-to-day life I haven't faced any need for improvement in the teaching method. Exams were indeed a difficult task as a student, we hardly had a week to prepare ourselves for the examination.

Course Curriculum Overview:

About the course curriculum, I still wonder why they have to put science subjects on the course curriculum of arts students. They would say it's a basic course but it is definitely not. Those arts students came there to learn their main subjects. I think it is unnecessary to put sc subjects there plus it is not basic. Otherwise the main subjects' curriculum is pretty well organised and planned.
