Remarks :
There is no negative remarks as i can see. I cannot see any negative remark. I have not faced any type of problem. All were nice the teacher, senior. Very friendly and postive environment to set our career. Very helpful faculty. Studies as well as extra curricular activities are organised.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course was good. I got to learn many subjects . There were 8 semesters . Exam was based on the subjects. 70 marks sem exam and 30 marks internal test. There were 3 groups. Group A consists of MCQ. Group B consists of short answer questions and Group C consists of long answer type questions.
Placement Experience :
The placements and job opportunities in my college are plenty. Many IT companies visits my college each year. Companies like infosys,wipro, cognizant etc recruits from my college. Last year even tcs IBm recruited in mass. No my college does not provide internship.
College Events :
There are many events celebrated in my college. All the national festivals plus the college fest. 1. The biggest fest which is celebrated every year in my college is Riveria. In riveria various events are planned. Like singing, dancing, ramp walk, act, games etc. And the ones who win gets reward. This fest happens for 3 days in which Dj is arranged. Any celebrity is invited for the event. 2.Another event is rangmilanti in which various events are arranged . Students participate in various plays. Dance is performed by a group of trained people. 3. Various quizzes are arranged
Fee Structure And Facilities :
It is feasible . Fee structure of my college is not much. It is kept moderate so that all can afford to study there. My college is also called as semi government college as the fee structure is less than rest of the colleges . Even in west bengal it is one of the college which has a very feasible fee structure.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Many students were awarded scholarship. The student who tops every year gets a scholarship in which he/ she doesn't have to pay there fees. So to get that scholarship one has to study hard and has to top the semester exam and then only he/ she can become the student of the year and can get that scholarship.
Campus Life :
Labs, sports are also good there. Labs consists of each and every required equipments. One can practice there practicals there. One who wants to implement there theoritical knowledge can easily implement there. Sports activities was also there. After so much of busy schedule one can play sports to get relaxed. Indoor and outdoor games any type of games can be played. Basket ball court, football ground, cricket everything was arranged. Every year we had a cricket tournament, where many participates and can enjoy there time.
Hostel Facilities :
Yes i had opted for hostel. there are different different hostels for each year. 1st year the hostel was outside campus. The room size was good . 4 seater hostel i got. Some had 3 beds. The hostel has many facilities like free Wi-fi, table, chair, cupboard, mess, fan , light, . In 3rd year one can also shift to 2 seater rooms. I can rate my hostel 3.5/5.
Alumni/Alumna :
Yes all are very helpful there. The senior students are very supportive. They help in each manner they can. They do not let us face any type of trouble. No ragging. Everything is good. One can easily adjust there . Very friendly environment. They treat us the same .they do not make us feel like that we were juniors. They treat us same and helps us in every possible ways.
Admission :
I gave wbjee entrance exam. Based on the rank i got admission in this college and got CSE department. After i was shortlisted i attended online counselling and then when to the college and took admission.
Faculty :
The faculty of my college were best. I learnt many things from them . they had a very good knowledge on their subjects. They helped me a lot in every field. They motivated me every time. Every time i had a problem they were to there help me out in each possible way they can.
