My leadership philosophy revolves around aligning everyone's actions in sync with our organisation's overarching goals. How do you strategize the key programmes for the marketing and administration of your institute?

I strongly believe that formulating key programmes and plans for effective college administration and enhancing our reach among our potential students should revolve around a clear and comprehensive understanding of several pivotal elements. Hence, first and foremost, we comprehend the institution's offerings, identify our target audience, and understand how to effectively use available resources to reach them.

After this, we map out the timeline for implementation after recognising the territories for outreach and conducting a thorough analysis of the competition to develop well-informed, targeted, and strategic initiatives that ultimately enhance our visibility and efficacy in the competitive educational landscape.
