What are your views on the placements and higher education of the students from your department, and how does your department prepare students for higher education?

Good placement needs some essential qualities like communication, confidence, multitasking, leadership skills, and being a team player. We train and encourage students to read the interview experiences of previous candidates to get a better idea of hiring. If possible, talk to employees working for the same company. Practice mock interviews to identify areas of weakness and improve communication skills.

As far as higher education is concerned, one-on-one dialogue is encouraged between faculty and students to observe students’ interests and guide them accordingly. We try to inculcate the art of learning as an ongoing process.
