Being Head of Food Tech at JCT College of Engineering and Technology, what is your philosophy of leadership? How would you describe your leadership style?

My fundamental convictions regarding post-secondary education and educational leadership. My approach stresses accumulating information collectively. It promotes involvement, ingenuity, and joint solution creation.

How do you strategize about the key programs and plans for marketing and administration of your school?

Our USP of the college is to maintain a consistent brand across all platforms, which helps to strengthen the identification of our institution.

The education systems in India and other foreign countries are structured very differently. In your experience, what can an inbound student gain from studying here at your institute?

The cost of attending our college's courses is reasonable, and the fees are reasonable. Because of its affordability, students may concentrate on their education without worrying about money.

What would you like people to know about your college they may not know?
