Effective leadership involves meticulous planning, setting clear objectives, and ensuring their seamless execution. By embodying these principles, I strive to create an environment where both faculty and students are inspired to excel, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the department.
How do you help your students to cope with the high competition outside?
To prepare our ECE students for the intense competition beyond our college walls, we have instituted a multifaceted approach. Innovation is emphasized, motivating students to generate creative ideas and solutions. Conducting competitions within the college nurtures a healthy competitive spirit. Furthermore, we integrate real-world scenarios into projects, addressing industry challenges. By exposing them to industry problems and facilitating project submissions, we ensure they are well-equipped to tackle challenges in the professional landscape, providing a holistic and competitive education that extends beyond theoretical knowledge.
