What is your leadership philosophy?

In my role as the Head of the ECE Department, I adhere to a leadership philosophy that draws parallels with a teacher's role. How do you help your students to cope with the high competition outside?

To prepare our ECE students for the intense competition beyond our college walls, we have instituted a multifaceted approach. Firstly, we encourage them to undertake mini-projects, fostering hands-on learning and practical skills development. Innovation is emphasized, motivating students to generate creative ideas and solutions. Conducting competitions within the college nurtures a healthy competitive spirit. Furthermore, we integrate real-world scenarios into projects, addressing industry challenges.
