- The counselling fee of ₹5,900 (along with GST) is non-refundable and compulsory to pursue choice filling. After the allotment of a seat, candidates will be required to pay the advance tuition fee within the given time to secure admission.
- Seats will be allocated to candidates based on VITEEE 2025 rank, order of preference submitted, and seat availability at VIT Vellore, Chennai, Bhopal, and Andhra Pradesh campuses.
The VITEE cutoff for CSE at VIT Vellore is expected to be below 10,000 rank, whereas other branches, such as ECE and Mechanical, can close between 20,000–40,000 ranks.

VITEEE Counselling Process
The counselling procedure for allocating different branches of engineering is based on the All India Rank in VITEEE 2025. Eligible students must register for counselling on the website of VIT. Only the registered aspirants can attend the VITEEE Counselling 2025 round.
How is VITEEE Counselling done?
The VITEEE counselling is done through the following process:
1. Registration
- Candidates have to register for VITEEE Counselling 2025 and reach on time at their counselling centre.
- Candidates will be informed through SMS or email about the schedule of VITEEE Counselling.
2. Document Verification
- Visit the required VITEEE Counselling Centre with all the required documents.
- Only after the successful verification of documents you will be considered for further steps.
3. Seat Allotment
- Slot and day-wise vacant seats will be updated by VIT.
- Candidates will be allotted seats as per their VITEEE rank, preference of course and college, and number of available seats. Allotment of branch and Campus is final and cannot be changed under any circumstances.
- The candidate must decide for certain whether he wants to join the program based on the branch allotted to him before paying the fees.
4. VITEE Counselling Fees
After the confirmation of your seat from the counselling authority, you have to confirm your seat by paying the course fees.
What will be the fee for VITEEE Counselling?
- The candidates who will be called for counselling have to pay an amount of Rs 10,000/- as Counseling fee (non-refundable).
- The same will be adjusted in the tuition fee when a candidate joins the University.
- Once the candidate’s seat will be confirmed then they have to submit the Demand Draft for Rs. 50,000/- in favour of VIT University, payable at Vellore.
- If any changes are made in the VITEEE 2025 Counselling Fee, it will be notified here.
- This will include the counselling fee of Rs. 12,000/-.

VITEEE Counselling 2025- GVSDP Scholarship
Candidates are offered VITEEE scholarships based on the scores or ranks obtained by them in the VITEEE examination. As per the VITEEE scholarships offered by the concerned authority, candidates with ranks 1 to 10 are offered a 100% tuition fee waiver for 4 years.
- For candidates with ranks 11 to 50, the scholarship offered is a 75% tuition fee waiver for 4 years.
- Rank holders from 51 to 100 get a 50% tuition fee waiver, and for candidates with ranks 101 to 500, a 25% tuition fee waiver is offered.

Ans.: No. The candidates will not be permitted to attend VITEEE Counselling 2025 more than once under any circumstances. Ques. I can’t report for counselling on the assigned date. What shall I do?
