VITEEE Application Form 2025: How to Apply?

There are three major steps in filling up VITEEE 2025 Application Form online. Candidates who wish to register online for VITEEE 2025 can refer to the below points:

Step 1 – VITEEE 2025 Registration

1. Visit the official website, viteee.vit.ac.in
2. Click on the link ‘New User Register Here’.
3. Enter asked details carefully. An OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number for verification. The verification, a password will be generated to the registered email address. 
4. The mobile phone number and email Id are valid for one VITEEE registration only.
5. Use the geneerated password and email id to log in and fill up VITEEE 2025 application form.

Step 2 – Fill Online VITEEE Application Form 2025

1. After successfully registering at the official website, use the registered email id and the unique password to log in to the application portal. VITEEE 2025 login is the same as VITEEE 2025 Registration details.
2. Once open, start filling in the details given below

Personal Details:

The personal details like name, date of birth, gender, contact number, and email id will be already filled in the application form as per the details provided by you during the time of registration. So you need to provide accurate information during the time of registration. Other details to be filled in by you are:

Parent’s/Guardian’s details:

• Name of the parent/guardian
• Relation of the person with the candidate
• Parent’s/guardian’s occupation

Education Details:

• Choose between ‘English’ and ‘Others’ as the medium of instruction
• Choose between ‘Regular’ and ‘Others’ as the mode of study
• One important note is that only candidates who have received full time and formal education are eligible to apply

Qualifying Exam/ Appearing in 12th Standard:

• Choose ‘Name of the Board’ from the list of choices given
• Enter roll number/registration number/seat number assigned. Fill in this information if you are already allotted the roll number/ registration number.
• Name of the School
• Complete address of the School with PIN code
• Month and Year of Passing/Appearing for the exam

Institute Preference:

• Choose VIT campus of your choice
• Choose the preferred VITEEE city(test city)
• Choose the subject of your choice

All the above choices can be selected from the list of choices available.

Step 3 – VITEEE Application Fee Payment

1. After submitting a form, you will be directed to the fee payment page.
2. Choose the method of payment. The available choices are Net Banking, Credit card, and Debit Card.
3. Click on ‘Proceed’.
4. You will be directed to the payment gateway site.
5. Refrain from using the ‘back’ button or the refresh option while the payment is being made as this can cause the cancellation of the transaction.

Step 4 – Upload Documents

1. Scanned image of the candidate’s photograph
   • Upload a recent passport size photograph during the online application procedure.
   • The dimension of the photograph should be 300-400 pixels (width) and 400-550 pixels (height).
   • The prescribed format is .jpeg and the file size should be between 20kb and 300kb.
2. Scanned image of the candidate’s signature
   • Upload your signature during the online application procedure.
   • The signature should be made on white paper and then scanned. The candidate can make a rectangular box of dimensions 3.5 cm (width) and 1.5 cm (height) and sign inside this box.
   • The prescribed format for uploading is .jpeg and the file size should be between 20kb and 300kb.

This concludes the online application process. Candidates can download and keep a copy for future reference. The details in VITEEE 2025 Application Form like the application number should be noted for tracking the status of the VITEEE application and other purposes. There is no need of sending a hard copy of the online submitted application to the VITEEE office.

VITEEE Application Form 2025 for International Applicants

Foreign and NRI applicants are also eligible to apply for VITEEE 2025. Before registering, they must check VITEEE eligibility criteria at the official website. Their selection will be based upon merit (marks/grades obtained in the qualifying examination) and availability of seats. For Admission under the foreign category, candidates must be foreign nationals/ Overseas citizens of India (OCIs) studying in any country. Also, the fee should be paid only in USD by the Sponsor. All eligible candidates can follow the below instructions to fill the online application form.

• Step 1: Registration – Complete “New User Registration” by visiting the official website vic.ac.in
• Step 2: Confirmation of Password – Login to the registered users with the application number and password generated during the time of registration.
• Step 3: Filling Online Application Form – Complete the online with all the details.
• Step 4: Photo Upload – Photograph Size should be between 10KB to 200 KB with a dimension of 3.5 CM X 4.5 CM. Selfie photo is also allowed.
• Step 5: Upload Documents – Upload all the documents as mentioned below.
• Step 6: Download Application – Download your form for future references

VITEEE Application Form 2025: Documents Required

Candidates need to upload all the documents given below to complete the registration process. Candidates are advised to have a high-quality scanned image of the following documents.

NOTE: Each uploaded file must be within 1 MB and the file type should be (.jpg) or (.pdf) format only. Upload the relevant documents as per specifications. In case of violation, the application will not be considered for evaluation.

How to Retrieve VITEEE 2025 Application Number and Password?

• Candidates need an email ID and password sent to them to register successfully In order to retrieve the application number and password, log-in to the application portal at vit.ac.in. Follow the below steps in case you forget your application number or password:
  • Click on the link ‘Forgot Application number?’
  • Enter your Name and date of birth
  • Enter registered email id and mobile number
  • Ensure this is the exact same data as provided at the time of registration and applying
  • Enter security code as shown
  • Click on ‘SUBMIT’ and note down your application number.
• If a candidate forgets his Password, it can be retrieved too. At the sign-in portal, enter the registered email id and password to LOGIN. You will find the link ‘Forgot Password?’. Click it and then you will be redirected to a page where you must provide the registered mobile number and registered email id. Click ‘submit’ and note down your new password.

VITEEE Application Form Correction 2025

Candidates who have applied through online mode have the option to make corrections in a few fields in the already submitted application form. VITEEE Form Corrections, if any, have to be done before the last date of application submission. After this date, candidates cannot make any corrections.

1. To make changes, log in to the official website using your registered email id and password.
2. Upon logging in, candidates can see an ‘EDIT’ button.
3. Clicking on this button gives the candidate the chance to modify his choices.
4. Make sure to save the necessary changes like any change in the personal information provided by you, changes in address, changing photograph and signature as per the requirements.
5. to change the photograph and signature you just need to click on choose or upload an image and then upload the correct image with mentioned dimensions.
6. The prescribed format is .jpeg or .jpg only and the file size should be between 10kb and 200kb.
7. Take a hard copy of this modified application for future reference.

VITEEE Application Form Status 2025

Candidates will receive a confirmation SMS on their registered mobile number from the VIT office, once the application is successfully received by VIT. They can also track the status of their application by visiting the official website i.e. vit.ac.in. Candidates must enter their application number and enter the security code to log in and check the status of their application.

In case the candidate has sent VITEEE 2021 application form via post, it will take a minimum of three weeks for the candidate to use this feature.
