CMAT Admit Card: How to Download?

The simple steps that you need to follow to download the admit card requires you to visit the official Website i.e. exams.nta.ac.in/CMAT, enter your login credentials thereby sign in, then click on Download Admit Card option.

There are some important guidelines to follow on the exam day and the same is mentioned in the admit card.

Some items are prohibited from being brought into CMAT Test center.

• Handbag

• Not Food items are allowed
• No Electronics Gadgets
• Books, Notes or any study materials
• Watch, Camera

CMAT Admit Card: Document Requirements

Out of the many documents some of the most important things that willbe required for admit card processessing are One passport-size photograph, Valid photo IDs and PwD certificate issued by a competent authority if you are applying for relaxation under the PwD category. 

CMAT Admit Card: Important Instructions

Candidates are advised to read the instructions printed on the admit card carefully before taking the exam.

• You must register at the examination center two hours before the commencement of the examination to complete the registration formalities well in advance of the commencement of the examination.
• You will be required to sit in their assigned seats immediately after the opening of the examination hall. Otherwise, you will be most likely to miss the general instructions posted in the exam rooms/halls. NTA is not responsible for delays.
• Any candidate who has changed the room/hall or seat for himself otherwise than prescribed will be treated as an unfair case and the candidate will be canceled and the application will not be accepted.
• You will then be required to produce the admit card for entry into the examination room/hall as per requirement.
• Candidates without valid admit cards will not be admitted to the examination center
• You must ensure that the questionnaire on the computer corresponds to the subject/discipline selected on the admission card.
• If the subject of the questionnaire differs from the selected work, it can be pointed out by the relevant supervisor.
• You wont be allowed to carry luggage inside the examination center. NTA is not responsible for stolen or lost property on the premises.
• You must arrive at the center at his own expense on the day and time indicated on the admit card issued by NTA.
• No candidate shall leave his seat or the examination room/hall without the permission of the Central Superintendent or concerned invigilator until the entire presentation is over.
• Candidates must strictly follow the instructions of the Center Manager/Supervisor.
• Applicants must not have materials mentioned in the list of prohibited materials.
• All calculations/writing should be done only on the paper in the center of the examination room/hall and after completion of the examination, the candidates should hand over the raw papers to the invigilator on duty in the room/hall.
• The applicant must sign and attach a photograph in the appropriate place on the attendance sheet.
• Candidates are subject to all NTA rules and regulations regarding their conduct in the examination hall.
• All unfair measures will be handled according to the rules.

CMAT Admit Card: Factual Error

After downloading the admit card, check it thoroughly for factual or typographical errors as even a small typographical error can invalidate it and prevent the candidate from entering the examination hall. Check the admit card for the following errors:

• Applicant's name must be the same as in CMAT Application Form and Government Identity Card
• The date, time, and place of the examination must be indicated
• The applicant's image must be clear and visible
• CMAT application/registration number must be the same as in application form.

CMAT Admit Card: Technical Issues

Candidates may face difficulty in downloading the admit card on the release date due to heavy traffic on the NTA website or a slow internet connection. In this situation, candidates have to log in after some time. If your Internet connection is slow, use another Internet service. If the login information does not match, change the password. You can change your password by following the instructions below.

• Click "Forgot password".
• You will receive an email with a link to change your password.
• Follow the instructions and reset your password to log in.
