CLAT Counselling 2024 date is out at consortiumofnlus.ac.in. The merit list for CLAT 2024 fifth round of counselling released on May 28th. The seat allotment for CLAT 2024 counselling will be carried out by the Consortium of NLUs over five rounds. CLAT 2024 seat allotment process happens online after the CLAT exam ends. Merit ranks and preferences determine candidate eligibility for the process.
- Throughout CLAT 2024 seat allotment rounds, you can accept, upgrade, or reject allotted seats. However, upgrades won't be available during the final round.
- Candidates who get allocated seats are advised to submit their required documents and accept their seats before the last date. Failure to do so will result in the candidate’s seat being forfeited. CLAT 2024 Participating Colleges.
If you being eligible and being allotted a seat as per your preference, you need to pay INR 20,000 as confirmation fee before choosing a ‘Freeze’ or ‘Float’ options. The publication of allotment list of fifth and final rounds of counselling is May 28th, 2024. The payment of balance university fee must be done from May 28 to May 31, 2024.

How to Register for CLAT 2024 Counselling?
To be considered for CLAT 2024 Seat Allotments, candidates must register for CLAT 2024 Counselling session.
- Shortlisted candidates who have been invited to apply for CLAT 2024 Counselling must register themselves through the online application portal that will be made available after CLAT 2024 Results are published.
- Shortlisted candidates will be sent a message to their registered phone number about their invitation, using which they can log in to the counselling website.
- Candidates must select their NLU preferences. A minimum of five NLU preferences is required for the candidates.
- Candidates must then pay the required fees as part of their registration process.
- Candidates who have not completed the registration process will not be considered for CLAT 2024 Seat Allotment.

Candidates will be able to check CLAT 2024 Seat Allotment Results online through the official website.
- Candidates should visit the official website and click on CLAT 2024.
- Each seat allotment list will be published on the website as it gets released.

What to Do After CLAT 2024 Seat Allotment Results?
After CLAT 2024 Seat Allotment Results are published candidates can choose one of the following:
- Accepting CLAT 2024 Allotment: Candidates can accept their allotted seats. If they accept their allotment, candidates will not be considered for further allotments.
- Applying for Further CLAT 2024 Allotments: Candidates can choose to reject their allot seats and applying for further allotments. In this option, candidates will be required to pay the prescribed allotment fee.
- Exiting CLAT 2024 Allotments: Candidates can choose to reject and exit from CLAT 2024 Seat Allotment lists. If they choose to do that, candidates will not be considered for any further allotments.
