The cost of study is very high according to me (coming from a middle-class family). First the free is comparatively higher than other central governmental or semi-government institutes. Apart from that, we need to buy stationery and things according to our departments which add the total amount apart from the living cost. There are two scholarships currently running on the campus. Sarthak (available to every student with some eligibility criteria), Udaan (available for students opting student exchange program with some eligibility criteria) Job assistance is the bare minimum but if the student is deserving he/she gets the assistance. Apart from that, we get an ample amount of internship opportunities.
The fee structure is very much expensive as compared to other colleges. This college is charging Rs.11.09 lakhs for the whole course i.e, 4 years. The yearly fee for B.F.Tech in NIFT is rs. 2.71 lakhs in 1st year, rs. 2.64 lakhs in 2nd year, rs. 2.78 lakhs in 3rd year and rs. 2.96 lakhs in 4th year.
Our college provides the scholarships based on the parental income.I had applied for this internships and i got 100% financial assistance in tuition fee.The students whose Parental Income ceiling per annum up to Rs. 1.5 Lakhs will get 100% of Financial Assistance in Tuition Fee.
