Animation department of itm dehradun

Likes

The fees structure of this college is affordable and is not very much expensive.
They alot you your personal computer within college to work on.
Faculties of the department are very lenient and accessible.

Dislikes

Infrastructure is too small and there is no playground in the campus.
Placements are mostly for graphic designing and less for animation

Placement Experience:

Students from 4th semester onwards are eligible for the placement process I am still a first year student so I don't have any knowledge about companies visited. Average package for placement is 2lpa. My plans after the degree is freelancing animator.

The maintenance of classes and fee structure
The availability of lifts and AC for everyone
The library facilities and book bank....

Dislikes

The infrastructure is not so big and wide
The auditorium is not so big and have less chair
The parking facility is made in small area

Placement Experience:

The placement are availed but not so high ..the average package is 700000 Student is eligible for the placement from fifth semester The percentage of students getting placement is 70% I will go for off campus placement

Likes

the classrom are spacious so it can accumulate more than 60 students.
there is lots of clubs and committes so that you can bluid your personalities
the professors are highly qualified and very supportive as well

Dislikes

there is no liberary inside the campus which is the major drawback
the college parking is always full as they have limited parking
the food in the canteen is not good. sometime i even recieved stale food

Placement Experience:

if you get good cgp then you can get a placement easily . in my course the average package is 3 lakh per annum.Small percentage of students got placements in their desired companies. But you can surely get off campus placement.

Likes

I like my college for there education and faculty.
Faculty is so cool and frank with students.
Library is so good there is almost all books available.

Dislikes

There is no campus ground for travels this things is very disliking thing.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would like to say that the faculty here talks very softly. Understands well and there is a smart board here which means anyone understand anything on YOUTUBE. It is easy to tell on YouTube and the computers here are good, which means they are in good conditon, which means with them we can create very good coding experience, programming, websites etc. and many things! If we talk about the education of the faculty, he ahs done even Masters. The faculty has also done post graduate studies with experiences.

I am interested in the IT field and there is great scope in this field so I chose this course. All the faculty members are well-experienced in their particular fields. Exams happen semester vise after every 6th month.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The faculty is awesome in my college. Exams here are regularly on the time period of 6 intervals which are called external. Internal conducted by the college are done 2 times during a semester. The course gets completed before the exams and if you have prepared well you may score well.

Placement taking is very easy in our college .college provides time-to-time placements to reduce unemployment. 90 per cent of students taking placement in every batch .from 4-semester students were eligible to sit on a placements

Likes

Our faculty which is good and well natured
Canteen in which fresh food is available
Management which organises various events.

Dislikes

We don't get holidays on saturday which is not good
They dont take more focus on sports so not good.
Parking is not that big. Lots of time we didn't get a place to stand our vehicle

Placement Experience:

Placements happen every week for the 6th-semester child. It is his wish if he wants to sit in placement or not. Companies visited here are TCS, Wipro, etc. The highest package is 10 lakhs per annum. The percentage of students getting placements is 90% but I don't think it justifies it here.

95 PERCENT OF MY SENIORS WERE PLACED IN A COMPANY WITH A MINIMUM 300000 LAKH PACKAGE AND THE HIGHEST PACKAGE WAS 15 LAKH GIVEN TO BSC IT STUDENTS OF OUR COLLEGE. COMPANIES VISITED LIKE TCS, WIPRO, VMWARE, HP, HCL, AND DELL.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I want to pursue a career in management. The faculty of Itm are very good and helpful. The teachers are highly educated and help the students in getting good grades. Their teaching method is amazing. Exams were in a gap of six months and they depend on our studies whether they are difficult or easy.
