There is a placement cell that helps in campus placement. But you have to prepare by yourself. Avg package is 4LPA with some companies offering higher packages in all streams. This 100% placement policy is very rude as students should be allowed to seat for multiple placements.

Campus placement is good at Techno main salt lake. After completing 6th sem of of the year. Students get chance to seat at placement offer and get job. Average package is quite good. Till now I just have listen that highest is 32lpa. And avg package is 5.5lpa. so it is value for money. Almost 80% students got placed at secure jobs. My plans after degree is to get job by collage placement. And doing IT jobs.

I chose this course as there is going to be a huge demand for this course in the future. I don't have much idea but by estimation 1:100. Some are well qualified, while some are under qualified, the major problem is for non-Bengali students as all teachers teach in only Bengali language, even though they try to teach in English, when they come in the flow they start speaking Bengali again. Internal exams happen every month or sometimes 2 internals in a single month. Since the college is affiliated with MAKAUT it is quite difficult to pass.

From the end of the sixth sem company start visiting our college for placement. There are many companies that come to our college like tcs - 6 lakh package, wipro -6.4 approx lak package, cognizant - 5.5 lakh package, mind tree - 7 lakh package, and there are many start-ups which come and pay 11 lakh and even more. Lots of companies come and give the best package. The highest package on campus is 25 lahks. Highest package off campus 2021 - 72 lakh Amazon. The minimum package on campus -5 lakh. 90 percent of student placed in placement and many opt for MTech and do not seat for placement or off-campus offer they get My plan is to do give gate exam and do mtech from the best iit.
